What do you like best about YOCTOL.AI Creator?

The Creator platform is easy to setup and use. The UI is attractive and creating a chatbot is no more a difficult job. I can set my 'intent' for the bot. It learns what and how to respond to answer queries quicker. Moreover, the analytics dashboard is available that provides some actionable insights and areas of improvement. What problems is YOCTOL.AI Creator solving and how is that benefiting you?

I worked on a project related to online pharmacy that required Messenger bot as an advisor to address queries by the customers. I created bots using Yoctol.ai , that worked well in responding to customers. It needed frequent training but overall, it saved our time and improved online sales performance.
