What do you like best about yocale?

The flexibility to customize and personalize the features. I highly value the "Team view" and "Agenda" view of the calendar and the color-coordination of activities. It allows viewing everybody's productivity and appointments in one glance. What do you dislike about yocale?

What problems is yocale solving and how is that benefiting you?
