There is no doubt. Yeti is excellent tool because of price :) The system has almost all functionalities needed to start business oriented on customers. Interface is easy with no unnecessary fountains. I'm interested to send invoices directly from Yeti, but first there is a need to configure it in the best way. It is good idea to share Yeti with our customers to let them access directly to our infoline via chat. In the next steps we are going to integrate Yeti with our API to have access to our different systems, that can configure and manage our customers. When we finish it will be even more powerful tool than we have now. I will keep my fingers crossed for further Yeti development :) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The biggest problem is lack of documentation. There are some suggestions on webpage, but to often we need to wonder what authors have thought designing some processes in that way. YetiForce CRM is a collaborating tool to my system with budget management strategies the way I like to do. There are no complications in installing this application people like it milestone tracking to trace the time and budget detail from start to end. This application is the best portal to clients for communication and collaborating with other companies as well. The best software to draw Gantt charts the way I like to do so, this application is a fully authenticated tool to cover the business promotions to the next grade. This application is a good source of project tracking and launching in the market but, it creates a mess sometimes by overloading the projects at the same time. Thus, there should be separate keys to queue the projects and present one by one. The internet is very important for its installation because a quality coverage can make your life easy. Flexibility, full of features you have to pay for other competitors. It is fast and very well developed. It is good to have it integrated with Softaculous for ease to install, backups, etc. Widgets are very nice to sight ans useful too. Recently, the comnay has added some new modules which are near to conver Yetyforce from a maerely CRM to a complete ERP. Integratio with email cliente is very usful also. Yhe internal chat service is very nice to have, as well as the comments you can reply and have a conversation, all within the CRM. I recommend Yetiforce for any size of company and complemen the lack of the Reports with the use of some BI application like Power BI or Excel itself. Lack of documentation, even in English language. I latest versions the lack of a Reports Module. It was very good and useful until the company discuntinue it in version 4.4. In version 5.1 there is no Reports Module either. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I really like to have this system, since it is very useful and versatile, despite being a free and free software, it has become an important tool for my business with nothing to envy to the competition that are paid. I like the possibility of being able to make backups and to be able to integrate it with other applications.
Something that I love about this system is that it allows me to use it and be able to count on its reports from wherever I am, since it is based on the cloud, I really like its interface, since it makes it very friendly and easy to use . Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Its UI is one of the best I have seen. It needs some more optimization but it is very good. It has most of the things you want from a crm and everything is connected. For example A ticket is associated with a service contract and an account. You create mails, tasks for this ticket and so on. Very good Integration with Caldav and CardDav. The github issues is the best way of solving most of your problems with the crm. There are a lot of good guys there who are willing to help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Poor documentation is the one thing that will make everyone select another crm. Besides the basic installation , the documentation is very poor. No proper documentation for configuring the modules or the integration of the crontab and certainly no documentation for using the crm.
Also there should be an organized way for the users to raise money for new modules and integrations.

Lack of user and administrative documentation, the actual one is incipient, outdated and incomplete. That leads to a hard learning path. Additionally, the in-house team has to write the documentation for the end users.

It is web based and cover all issues about business. most if not all of us like in this customer management system. Basically it is free and this makes it the best tool in terms of competition. It has a very good display and is a web. I can put as many users as I want and the most important is a stable system.I can very easily define user rights and I can define what to see, which records, and of course, what men. The flexibility and customization that allows me to mold the CRM around my business. Setting up the CRM ws not difficult and I was able to use it on a shared hosting account which is great so that staff can use it anywhere and anytime. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The Documentation and lack of Video tutorials, It would be much easier to understand if there were more tutorials or videos on how to perform some of the basic and advanced functions of the CRM. Yeti has come a long way. It is super clean and provides ALL of the features I need from a CRM including support ticketing. The system is fast in comparison to other CRM program concentrating on a free open source system that does what is needed rather than trying to use it to make a dollar selling features and add ons that others should already have built-in, Yeti does. YetiForce has a full support ticketing system AND a Project management system built in. Yeti does tend to use a bit more server resources than vTiger it seems. But if is less than SugarCRM and Yeti seems to be excellent between the road choice Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
