If you have a very large mail merge, you have to go back, re edit and resend because the auto send if over quota never works. In short, great for small users, terribel for business users who need to do multiple things. Their UX on their website is also pretty useless, for example, righ tnow, it says I have a merge scehdled for 4am this morning , and it didnt go, and no reason given.
