Sometimes the user interface is not working properly. They need to improve some more opation to add and make him more easy. **Recommendations to others considering Yelowsoft:** It is very helpful to use to traveling safely and its very easy to use as well so I highly recommend any one to use. **What problems is Yelowsoft solving and how is that benefiting you?** I basically used for a ride and it help me to travel and it's very useful for anyone who is traveling safe to avoid the crowd in this situation. ### 3. Pretty good about being on time. Has excellent customer service! Some could be more clean. The driver's, the cabs are very safe to ride and we have the most trusted drivers in the whole world. **What do you dislike about Yelowsoft?** There are some reasons that the app doesn't work sometimes, but the interface doesn't work sometimes. There should be some more options to make some changes with tracking, allowing notification. **What problems is Yelowsoft solving and how is that benefiting you?** No problems we just make sure that the reviews are good and the people who are reusing services and making new logins with them. Then I contact the customer service center; they sort out my problem. ### 6.
