Follow up of problems not addressed. My yellow folder printer has not worked since May. I have tried on a number of times to take care of it. Some of our records have been lost and seem to be unrecoverable. I was asked to do a remote session in early December to which I called but the tech was not available. I left a message and still have not gotten a call. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
