The support team was very helpful to ensure the team was comfortable with the BI platform. **What do you dislike about Yellowfin BI?** It can be bit complex than other BI tools available to begin with as it involves a step-by-step process of connecting the data, creating views, then reports for each element and then eventually putting it all together in a dashboard template that works. For a non-technical person, the process can be bit daunting without support. **What problems is Yellowfin BI solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use the BI platform to build dashboards for both internal and external clients. Few use cases include: - showing the value of our exclusive first party data and audience insights relevant for our data deal clients - providing richer campaign insights and measurement for our managed clients - providing easier access to basic insights on data scale, trends etc. for our internal stakeholders for efficient planning at their fingertips ### 40.
