For me, the Fund and Stock screener tools are the most helpful. I am able to enter as many screening criteria as I need/want to get the results for which I am looking. What I like the most about YCharts is its various scheme of analysis tools and visuals and the client support that comes with it. Compared to Morningstar, it's much better. Though it lacks in a couple of particular places in terms of identifying the risk of a portfolio, it covers mostly all of the important areas for our fund analysis. What I dislike about YCharts is the limitations to the Risk analysis for specific client reports. I guess these would be necessary implementations for the stats and the tech team at YCharts, but there are portfolio risk statistics that I can only find by going to Morningstar.
