It can be glitchy sometimes, slow if a lot of people are using the system or internet.

It is easy to stay organized and on top of tasks that you have for each day.

Yardi is designed to be user friendly so it isn’t hard to pick up on when first learning. 

**What do you dislike about Yardi Senior Living Suite?**

It can be glitchy and slow at times if there are many people using it at once. For example, on a day everyone is running a report. 

**What problems is Yardi Senior Living Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping track of my data and being able to have everything in one place.

**What do you like best about Yardi Senior Living Suite?**

I loved the simplicity of being able to set up resident profiles. Also, being able to navigate through the different sub categories.

**What do you dislike about Yardi Senior Living Suite?**

I disliked the that exporting information was not as easy as it should have been. 

**What problems is Yardi Senior Living Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

At the time of use, we needed something that was going to keep resident information accurately because the past software we used would not store things correctly.

You can create new reporting templates and can download data in various formats. 

**What do you dislike about Yardi Senior Living Suite?**

The software is very click-heavy and the “quick” clicks to make data reversals don’t always run through the books well.

**What problems is Yardi Senior Living Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Resident tracking and ledger reporting is imperative to increase working efficiency.
