What do you like best about Yardi RENTCafe?

Great support and a very knowledgeable and helpful rep. No integration issues when using with Yardi Voyager. Most settings are client facing and easy to maneuver. Issues are handled with in a timely manner. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Yardi RENTCafe?

There isn't much to dislike. I pretty much love everything compared to our previous CRM. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Yardi RENTCafe:

If there is something RentCafe can't do, ask to put in a TR request. They are always working to add value to the product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Yardi RENTCafe solving and how is that benefiting you?

Integration issues with CRM and Voyager are resolved. Websites built by RentCafe are good quality and professional. Site Manager includes a lot of cool functionality that is included without extra cost. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
