The most helpful thing is that you can clearly see all the components of your ESOP at any point of time i.e. the amount of stocks vested, the ones that are granted, exercised, etc. with the timeline. It helps me see what the next grant time is and what would the exact value be. So this transparency helps. As a user as such there are no major complicated issues with Vega Equity, except that the flow of searching things like the FAQs regarding the ESOP plans, etc. can be made simple.
