What do you like best about Xtremepush?

The main advantage of this platform is that it is very intuitive and is capable of providing a great many options. It is user friendly, it does not take a lot of effort and understanding to maneuver and launch campaigns. Moreover, the customization options have enabled Y&R segregate its audiences easily, and hence has raised the bar in client-communicating capability. The one that I think would be helpful is o message sending in real time. This has helped us to engage with our users, at the right time precisely when they are in dire need of a response from us, hence the boosts in the response and engagement status. I also like detailed analysis that the program offers because it gives us means to check effectiveness of our campaigns and tweak them as we go. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Xtremepush?

However, as with all types of tools which we are using, there can be enhancements which could be done. At times the synchronisation with other applications may be slightly tricky as one has to spend some time to get every thing right. What do you like best about Xtremepush?

Automated marketing campaign based on user behavior is the core strength that makes Xtremepush standout from other platforms. This automation has greatly reduced the time and energy we would use in outreach. The reporting features are also rich – everything is easy to analyze and adjust in real time, if necessary, regarding our campaigns. What do you dislike about Xtremepush?

A disadvantage of the tool is that it may be confusing especially for new clients of Xtremepush. There is a lot that one can do with them, which makes it rather complex to manage, especially when you are understaffed and have to train your employees from scratch. This has at times resulted in misunderstandings and slow rollout of campaigns in the planning process. Also, when it comes to the customer support it is said that they take much time in replying during the peak hours which has sometimes annoyed us as we required help urgently. What do you like best about Xtremepush?

Love the dashboard theme interface that is simple and easy to find tools that I want to utilize. Simple marketing automation campaign to setup, customized marketing campaign to business requirement and role assigment to give access users with business resource that they need. What do you like best about Xtremepush?

What I love most about Xtremepush is the strong segmentation and targeting ability it provides us in order to create effective market communications. It is easily compatible with our CRM and analytics suite so that we can leverage customer data more tactfully for communication. Real time analysis is also very meaningful, indicating the effectiveness of the campaign within the shortest time, allowing for immediate changes to the campaign in response to such data. What do you dislike about Xtremepush?

Xtremepush disadvantage is that it is a bit cumbersome especially when it comes to configuration especially when using the advanced functions. It can also be complex hence leading to formation of knocks in the first instance of setting up the campaign as well as executing them. Furthermore, the integration with some other apps has presented some problems that turned out to be time consuming when solving them. Segmentation based on app activity option in xtremepush, like for example "visited category 'soccer' more than 2 times in last 90 days" is something very important in betting industry. Very good, needed and good working option. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Xtremepush?

The aspect, which seems to be impressive about Xtremepush, is the well developed automation in the scope of the e-mail, SMS, and push notification. Marketing campaigns can be managed easily through this feature hence the communication with the audience is always on point. Analytics that are offered within the platform give a granular level of campaign performance insights and allow the leveraged decision making to be made on the fly and work within existing frameworks and models. What do you dislike about Xtremepush?

There are some issues that I think we still experience with Xtremepush and these include its interface since it is somehow complex and rigidity. It takes considerable time to search for some specific features or to customize campaigns, thus, it is an issue from the point of view of effective work flow. Also, with regards to customer support, they are usually very helpful, though there have been situations where technical concerns would take longer to address, causing a lot of delay to some of our campaigns.
