From a service management perspective Xtremepush are great to deal with, their service availability is excellent and when called upon for technical or functional support, these requests are promptly dealt with by knowledgeable and helpful members of the team. The ability to build segmented audiences through deploying tags is brilliant. That way we can target purposeful messages to relevant audiences.
It allows marketers to think outside the box and maximise the reach of content and offers. It is also great asset we can sell in commercial campaigns.
Once tags are deployed it is a relatively easy system to use for marketers and has become a part of my day.

Ease of use, even when deploying complex campaigns. The first class UX and extremely responsive and helpful end user support. The easy and elegant way of capturing and working with data for segmentation and personalisation. The feeling that their platform development roadmap is based on actual user feedback and input. Regardless of the fact of how the product can be great, people that support it is the key element of the user experience. And that's the case with xtremepush as well, whenever you need help or advice guys from xtremepush will be there for you, from the kick-off to stage of the full usage of the product.
All in one concept is not new for the world of the CRM systems and in case of xtremepush, everything works seamlessly allowing you to focus on your goals and tasks. I have been using web push and pop-up messages, inbox messages and event-triggered messages so far, but there are even more ways to communicate with your customers.
