What do you like best about Xtremepush?

The ability to build segmented audiences through deploying tags is brilliant. That way we can target purposeful messages to relevant audiences.

It allows marketers to think outside the box and maximise the reach of content and offers. It is also great asset we can sell in commercial campaigns.

Once tags are deployed it is a relatively easy system to use for marketers and has become a part of my day.

The biggest problem I am solving is maximising content and increasing brand awareness to our audiences. Our content has become more purposeful to our audiences as we are able to segment the audiences and messaging.

What do you like best about Xtremepush?

XtremePush allows for seamless integration of multiple marketing channels through one, unified platform.

It provides your marketing team with tools and processes to target and communicate with your users on the platform they would prefer. These tools, in turn, allow for a happy, more content userbase with a higher engagement rate.

By basing your companies marketing and communication processes around XtremePush customer journey mapping, you can ensure complete control while maintaining an almost entirely autonomous system.

Currently, we use XtremePush to target users based on data we feed to their platform. XtremePush allows us to target these users at specific times, places and on particular devices. Ease of use, even when deploying complex campaigns. The first class UX and extremely responsive and helpful end user support. The easy and elegant way of capturing and working with data for segmentation and personalisation. The feeling that their platform development roadmap is based on actual user feedback and input. Keep XtremePush in mind when looking for a mutli-channel digital marketing solution. They may not be as well known as some of the enterprise solutions at the moment, but as someone who has worked with the majority of them, I can not see a world where I would choose one over XtremePush in the future. Their customer service is flawless and their product development over the last year has been phenomenal. I am the owner of this tool for end users working both globally and across 4 brands and they all love it. The ease of use does not come at the expense of functionality and we've been able to achieve integrations that I would not have thought possible in the past. What problems is Xtremepush solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are using XtremePush as our multi-channel CRM solution for all of the brands in our group. We use them to deploy campaigns and automations that have helped us drive a better customer retention and a higher LTV, as well as a much increased conversion rate for several of our KPIs. What do you like best about Xtremepush?

Regardless of the fact of how the product can be great, people that support it is the key element of the user experience. And that's the case with xtremepush as well, whenever you need help or advice guys from xtremepush will be there for you, from the kick-off to stage of the full usage of the product.

All in one concept is not new for the world of the CRM systems and in case of xtremepush, everything works seamlessly allowing you to focus on your goals and tasks. I have been using web push and pop-up messages, inbox messages and event-triggered messages so far, but there are even more ways to communicate with your customers.

If you need a multi-channel tool, I suggest considering to try xtremepush especially in terms of web marketing and retention. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
