Xtremepush is simple enough for users to quickly pick up and start using it without prior knowledge. I also love how responsive their customer support is when you need their assistance and they are happy to jump on a call if needed.

Very attentive customer service, our account manager in Xtremepush is always on hand to provide support and to keep us in the loop with new integrations. Support desk is very responsive and happy to have calls to go through any aspect of the platform whether it's setting up a new campaign, looking at how we can utilise analytics or setting up a test group. Especially with the number of users within our company, they are on hand to support the numerous staff we have signed up on the platform. There is a quarterly call to go through various projects where strategy and analytics are reviewed and recommendations are provided. Excellent communication and availability. One aspect of the platform we would like to improve would be the analytics section, it would be great to have a holistic view of all analytics (per project) on one screen and how various statistics are interlinked - for example, how do sessions relate to tags and events? I understand we have to create our own funnels in funnel analysis but it would be useful if the platform were to advise on optimal user journeys without us having to manually do it. It was a bit complex at first when we just started working with them, as I wasn't aware of all terms of the push notifications and the fact that I had to ask for things many times and they didn't offer them from scratch, but this has changed and it's been a very different experience since we have started Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
