Xtremepush is playing an invaluable part in meeting the primary challenge of all media ... developing a direct and beneficial relationship with readers. The ongoing relationship with the XP team has been brilliant.

**What do you dislike about Xtremepush?**

None. The challenge is actually finding the best way to utilise all the functionality and opportunities for user engagement and relationship building that exist within the platform.

**Recommendations to others considering Xtremepush:**

A great platform with a great team behind it. Onboarding was seemless and continued support is and has been much appreciated.

**What problems is Xtremepush solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The ability to directly communicate with our most loyal users in a timely fashion is key. Xtremepush has made that possible.

**What do you like best about Xtremepush?**

At my workplace, using XtremePush especially to send reminders to our customers about bonuses that they didn't use till now. I make reports on how pushes affect on response and without a doubt it gives my work a proper boost and encrease work results in its last stage.
I appreciate that Xtremepush collaborates with Optimove, so I can easily draw conclusions about my work and immediately make reactions due to them.

**What do you dislike about Xtremepush?**

I would appreciate the option in creating new campaign that doesn't need for me to pick separately chanels IOS and Android, as I see it useless, because we always pick both of them to contact all of our targeter customers. Maybe this option could be set by default (both channels, but with the option to uncheck box one or both channels).

I would appreciate the option when selecting Default action to pick "Go to Deeplink", XtremePush could allow pick deeplink from saved drafts and edit the draft as needed.

Creating campaing -> Restrict delivery -> app push environments -> iOS -----> we always make unclick checkbox Sandbox App, as we don't need it most of the time. I think it would be helpful if this checbox would be unchecked by default.

Sending push notifications to targeted customers - the benefit for me is that I can easily and fast create campaigns to speed up my work

**What do you like best about Xtremepush?**

The client support is excellent, with a very attentive account manager and customer support team. The capabilities on the platform have grown quickly and appear to be continuing in this direction.

**What do you dislike about Xtremepush?**

While the platform is excellent there are some limitations to what we are able to utilise as a company. We have trouble linking user identifiers with XtremePush to send targeted campaigns. There are solutions available to resolve this but as a small team we are limited in our resources.

**What problems is Xtremepush solving and how is that benefiting you?**

XtremePush is the only platform we use for our mobile app push notifications. Through these pushes we are able to generate instant traffic to our app and track conversions.

**What do you like best about Xtremepush?**

Quick to come back on CS tickets and to provide basic useful input (not even it is require dev work or dev investigation). Their product is powerful and easy to use

**What do you dislike about Xtremepush?**

If any of the problems require development or is it something that is outside of the roadmap you won't see it in the near future as well as dealing with small issues (that shouldn't take more than few hours of dev) - it will take them weeks to provide input and extra few weeks to do the work (if it simple otherwise it will be months...)

If you want to customise the customer journey and to be fitted to your website (e.g not to use out of the box inbox) you will need to invest a lot of extra work to make it work with patches and not straight forward soultion

One platform for all channels and the ability to track and A/B test my marketing comms

It is a multi-channel CRM tool that enables to communicate with customers on all fronts. It also allows to set up automated flows and has many functions and features we are yet to fully discover.

**What do you dislike about Xtremepush?**

While the basic functions can be used by a beginner  user, the more advanced features become quite complicated and required a bit more technical knowledge and understanding how these work.

**What problems is Xtremepush solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps us to communicate with our customers and create automated journeys for e.g. onboarding. It also allows us to send on-site messages that logged in customers can see directly in their betting accounts.

Easy to use, quite intuitive!  It is simple to create templates and very quick to execute campaigns. Also, great response from the support team, with fast replies, always ready to help.

Reporting is quite basic, would love a bit more customizable experience.

Definitely give it a try, as it will solve most of your problems!

We introduced customers to push notifications and combined them with text messages! Both in the same campaign is much nicer than having them done separately. We managed to increase traffic on our platforms and improve our customer database.

I like the easy touse interface and the accessibility we have over our own data. The quick responsivness of the team is second to none, with any question they are ready and willing to help.

The reporting isnt as intuative as I would like also the ability to priotise campaigns or exclude players from journeys for a setperiod of time needs to improve.

it is solving the problem of segmentation and automation for us. The next step on our XP journey is to integrate with our in house bonus tool, this will benifit us by allowing us to create automated, personalise player journeys with appropriate bonusing.

Xtremepush is an application which is easy to use and building campaigns does not take up a lot of valuable time.

The segmentation limitations are a concern. The most effective campaigns are personalised and delivered in real-time, and the inability to do that to the level required is a hinderance.

It is the only channel we use for push which, of course, is essential in the world of online betting. It provides us with another channel of communication away from the traditional email channel which can be overkill when used too often.

Probably would be better for some "old school" users to have it as app installed but i don't mind it at all :)

Due high number of users automation of jorneys is extremely important and required due high paced and instant industry. Analytics is much easier and simple compared to other tools in the market.

Upsides: 
1. Xtremepush is simple to use, everything works smoothly.
2. You can see how the push looks on the phone screen in both iOS and Android system.

**What do you dislike about Xtremepush?**

Downsides: 
1. When I choose "Optimove template" I know that there will be a certain group of people specified in Optimove. But at the end of preparing a push in "Review & Launch" tab there is different numer of people. Another con is the fact that when I choose "Do not retry" in "Schedule" tab, in "Review & Launch" tab is "Repeat".

**What problems is Xtremepush solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can send personalised push notification to a specified group of people and then in "Analytic" tab check its effectiveness. I use push notifications mostly as reminders about certain offer.

**What do you like best about Xtremepush?**

Xtremepush has been greatly useful in drawing user attention to certain promotions that would generally be ignored if they were present as text on page. The platform is very easy to use and the A/B testing capability it comes with is very valuable. Also very happy with the support we get from the team on building out custom requirements.

**What do you dislike about Xtremepush?**

Recent studies show pop ups are discouraged by users, and one of the main features Xtremepush offers is the ability to show them. I would hope to see capabilities to add dynamic on-page elements too. Moreover, the fact that the service is totally based on cookie acceptance not only limits our ability to target 100% of our users, but also the value we could get out of this platform if we were to introduce a 'Reject all' button on the cookie banner for instance.

Xtremepush is helping us promote existing products and features on our site and app better. It is also allowing us to come up with unique marketing and personalisation use cases that we will be trialling soon.

User Interface: Maxemail's user interface is clean, intuitive, and easy to navigate. Even users with little to no experience with email marketing can quickly become familiar with the platform's features and tools.

Email Campaign Creation: The drag-and-drop email builder is a fantastic feature, allowing easy design and customistion of email templates. the pre-designed templates make it easy to create professional-looking emails quickly.

Personalisation : Maxemail's personalisation capabilities allow colleagues to tailor emails to specific target audiences effectively. 

Analytics and Reporting: Maxemail provides real-time analytics and detailed reports, allowing colleagues to track the performance of email campaigns with ease. 

Deliverability: We have experienced consistently high deliverability rates with Maxemail, which is essential for any email marketing campaign. Their dedicated team works diligently to maintain relationships with ISPs and ensure that emails land in the recipients' inboxes.

Customer Support: Maxemail's customer support team (and a special mention for Christian Williams) is responsive, knowledgeable, and always willing to help. Whenever I've had questions or encountered issues, their team has been quick to provide assistance .

Learning Curve: Although Maxemail's user interface is intuitive, some users might find the sheer number of features and options a bit overwhelming initially. It may take some time to get accustomed to the platform and fully utilise its potential.

Not able to add overlays to graphics.  Other email design features could be better.  Campaign reporting, for our requirements, is not granular enough.

Thanks to XtremePush, gone are the days of mail merge and BCC in email. Creating templates & audiences is quick & intuitive. Gauging recipient enagement gives us a great idea of how effective our communications are

I'd like the ability to add attachments (PDF etc.). This would reduce to effort involved in housing supporting documents in Sharepoint (or other repository) and embedding the link in an email communication

Very easy to use. Account managers are eager to help and provide assistance to ensure you get the most from the service. Stats are easy to understand.

I don't dislike anything about Xtremepush. Our team had become stagnant in how we used our push notifications but this was our fault and after discussion with the account manager, things will be changing!

Getting new deals out immediately and in front of the customer. Our business is dynamic and when a new deal comes in we need to act fast and get as many eyes on it as possible.

Xtremepush is firstly really easy to integrate. It can be used on multiple levels and on multiple different use cases on the betting platform as it is NSoft one.

**What do you dislike about Xtremepush?**

Not so many. Maybe, it is a little problem that Xtremepush can not be used for sending push notifications for result changes for every sport and tournament that we provide to the punters.

Helping with marketing campaigns that are handled via SMS or push notifications.
Also, the product will be used for sending notifications to the punters when different events happened on the betting event.

Our business vertical relies a lot on daily engagement with customers. In order to do so and given the fact how the technology is shaped up, push notifications are a necessity in every online business and xtremepush offers a state of the art technology.

**What do you dislike about Xtremepush?**

The only downside we ever, from a technical integration perspective, had is the integration of xtremepush on different platforms (android, iOS, responsive web) but even if we find ourselves struggling with integration & testing, their customer support is available nonstop and resolves the issue practically immediately.

**What problems is Xtremepush solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Since every online business has to strive in communication with customers, we are able to send push notification through different channels (web push, in-app, inbox) and not only send but also segment to target specific groups of our user base.

We are currently using it for notifications and it's been a great experience from the implementation to usage. We have not seen major issues so far and have been getting addiquate support whenever required.

Nothing major that I would mention as an issue at this point.

We use it for app communication - it is easy to set up, saves us a lot of time and we use it for inbox and push notifications and is working well for us. We are exploring more options to benefit from Xtremepush in the coming days

**What do you like best about Xtremepush?**

You can utilize various channels of communication to get in touch with your customers in a creative way, including browser push messages, on-site inbox messages, and of course regular emails and SMS.

**What do you dislike about Xtremepush?**

As with every new tool, there are certain learning and adjustments necessary. Even though, most of the interfaces are fairly straightforward and intuitive, fully utilising the tool will require a fair amount of studying manuals and experimenting.

**What problems is Xtremepush solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our main problem before Xtremepush was that we were unable to communicate with our customers on our website, which now is resolved by on-site inbox messages. A nice addon is also browser notifications which were not possible via our previous tool. And, of course, it addresses all our regular email newsletter needs as well.

It is a helpful platform that is easy to learn & allows for simple & easy pushes towards customers.

When a push is scheduled it is actually approxiametly 20-30 minutes late with the push.

The courses should have interactive learning resources instead of a vido

It allows for pushes to be made via SMS on mobile phones since we are trying to push more products & offers on being sold more frequently using the platform.

Xtreme push is easy to use, even someone with minimal marketing experience can navigate it. It is also very responsive, as the menus load almost instantly, which increases productivity.

XtremePush may not integrate well with other third-party platforms, which can make it difficult for businesses to incorporate it into their existing technology stack. This can lead to increased costs and complexity in managing multiple systems.

The platform is easy to use, the interface is intuitive and the drag and drop editor makes it very easy to create campaigns. It has a lot of feastures for CRM.

The customer support is not as good as others softwares. No live chat option and response time can be slow.
It doesn't offer A/B testing.

It is a really good platform to use for sending messages, emails and alike. Allows for easy customization of content. Good for developers

Reporting tool is simply non-existent and with really bad UX. It is hard to extract data when dealing with large camapigns. System crashes or simply loads information forever with no data being provided.

User friendly, easy to navigate and straightforward to build our campaigns for email, push notifications and workflows.

Only issue I have is when editing the workflow it can be a little cumbersome going in and out of each part to edit it.

I have used XP on and off for years. The tool itself is very userfriendly and drag and drop is very good.

Templates - API or Manual. This can be a bit of a headache if you create or clone the wrong type. Need to start again on a new template and can't copy HTML

**What do you like best about Xtremepush?**

From our first discovery call, to sending out live campaigns, I have been really impressed with the knowledge and support the team have provided us. As a business we want to use the platform in a slightly different way which has presented some challenges, but they are always there supporting us to find the best solution. I think it is intuitive and easy to use and found the best way to learn was by doing. The onboarding team really took the time to understand our business user cases and our nuances and have helped us to get the platform to fit our needs, rather than us changing our processes to fit the platform. Response times to queries are also very good.

**What do you dislike about Xtremepush?**

Workflows are quite time-consuming and laborious and I think a function to have workflow templates would be beneficial.

**What problems is Xtremepush solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows us to get incredibly granular with our marketing and communications and is helping us to serve our clients with much more relevant information.

The Account Management team is hugely supportive. Too often these teams see themselves as a sales function, at XP they are there to help us get the best use of what we have already paid for

Old school UI, not friendly UX, the tool lacks alot of understandings. If you compare it with Clevertap/Moengage - XP still has a lot to do.

The documentation is really clear and understandable. Notifications for the players are nice and fast. You have a lot of options.

It will be better if the user can subscribe to some particular event (choose which type of notification he needs, for example, red cars, full-time, and similar). It is not ok to have this option only on the betslip level, because the user wants to track some event that is not placed in.

Give the notification about some marketing or some situation from the betting event to the end user.
