Labs were easy for the students to follow, followed the recommended text, and their staff were always available with any potential issues. The company is also very open to suggestions to improve the experience the next go around. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Xtremelabs offers fantastic learning site that provides comprehensive and up to date azure and other microsoft products labs. User friendly interface makes it easy to navigate and find relevant content ,Whether you're a beginner or an expert user. The content is really good which keeps learner's motivated and focused. Xtremelabs is one of the "BEST" site for learning azure . The xtremelabs support is also great , they are very quick in responding to requests. Nothing is least helpful but it would be better if the exercise lab remained for a few days, that would be full for users who didn't complete the lab on-time, otherwise, it's fine. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The biggest plus point is the online technical support. Having real-time support for solutions that we do not control the environment is extremely important. For example, a virtual machine refuses to start and, as we don't have access to the infrastructure, we are completely dependent on support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
If there is a high latency in accessing the datacenter where Hands-on Labs are located, the Hands-on Labs will lose performance. And it's easy to find the location through the public IP that the VMs use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There are many providers out there for labs. XtremeLabs offers many of the same labs they do, but the Management, the support staff, and the work they do to help is so much more than just a lab provider. I have worked with other Lab providers, and yes, I even have labs with others, but I DEFINITELY prefer using XtremeLabs when I get the chance. I know my students will get a better learning environment and a better experience out of it Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There is always a downside, and frankly, I am not sure they can fix bandwidth in the labs. Some of the labs depend on actions and 3rd parties as part of the lab. The connection to those 3rd parties needs to be faster to feel more fluid and seamless. All of the lab providers I have worked with have experienced this issue, though... Specifically when working with AWS and Azure labs. Its depends on the speed to/from those entities that seem to cause delay Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
