What problems is Xtivia, Inc. solving and how is that benefiting you?
We looked high and low for someone who could help us with a Sharepoint issue that we were having because our SQL Database was on the same server as our Sharepoint Database and we didn't want to bring the SQL Database down to do a re-boot because we didn't want to affect Production. I reached out to an industry special interest group and a couple of people there recommended XTIVIA, one of them I knew well (and trusted). I asked him if he had direct experience with the Sharepoint server issue that we were having and he said 'No, but if you contact Don and he says they can do it, they can do it!'.
I contacted Don, he got us a skilled Sharepoint guru and DBA and she fixed the problem immediately on our first call together (it wasn't something easy either, she did try a couple of things but knew what she was doing). Fast forward a year - we are currently working through an upgrade with our IT Support company (our team doesn't have Sharepoint expertise, but they have a lot of server expertise) and we re-contracted with XTIVIA and even our fussy IT Support company is commenting on the skill level of the consultant that we have. I couldn't be happier and would recommend them in a heartbeat. If we ever ran up against another IT issue that was unsupported by our IT Support company, I would call in XTIVIA - aka the A Team.
