Unprofessional, give you the run around whenever support is needed. Have not been able to resolve constant issues with the poorly written legacy code from the early 80's. UI is ANCIENT. No pictures of vehicles STILL. No one knows anything it seems. They have Salespeople who know NOTHING about tech and are proud of the fact they can barely operate their mobile phones... SMH Absolutely horrible experience having to deal with these people. VERY HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED. We are looking for better solutions now and wish we had never fell for their schemes. Stay far away. VERY glitchy, difficult to use, slow, frustrating. Most everything about it. Even when you try to copy and paste text into the program, it glitches. It's been nearly 2 years and they still have not fixed this despite repeated complaints. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The speediness and quickness of the system. I also like that the customer report teams is always on hand to answer our phone calls and always willing to help us out. Constant updates as well, I enjoy that they fix it right over the phone by taking over the controls of the computer. They are extremely helpful! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The updates as well. Sometimes the updates will mess up our entire system. But theyre pretty quick at fixing it and getting us back on track!
One other downfall is that the system will randomly shut down. By doing this it kicks us all out of what we are doing, and we sometimes get locked out of work orders. Normally this wouldnt be so bad, but this usually turns into problems when trying to reopen them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
