What do you like best about Xref?

The interface is intuitive, easy-to-use making the onboarding process smooth for both employers and candidates Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Xref?

The pricing structure is on the higher side. This would be more noticible for those with less frequent hiring needs, like smaller organisations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Xref solving and how is that benefiting you?

It is solving the manual, time-consuming reference checking process. Traditional reference checking for our organisation would usually involve lengthy phone calls or back-and-forth emails, which can delay hiring process and in-turn effect the candidate experience. The automated reference-checking process allows us to send reference requests which candidates and referees can respond to at their convenience. This reduces our need for manual follow-ups and speeds up the process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
