In my experience there are few software products that fully deliver on the promises made, especially in the high complexity environment of healthcare. We have found XpertCoding to not only deliver accurate, effective autonomous coding, but it is backed by a highly engaged team who are committed to our success. This is a key differentiator in that the engagement in no way fell off once the sales cycle was completed. Their implementation teams and leadership are knowledgeable, thoughtful, and highly responsive. We're now processing thousands of claims in near real time that not only reduces clinician burden, but increases the accuracy of our CPT and ICD-10 coding, thus enhancing compliance while also ensuring our clinicians are credited for the work they've performed. I have felt the impacts of timing during our implementation. I have rarely felt that my team has been give data and an adequate amount of time to review that data before having to provide feedback. I believe that this issue is due to the time differences between two countries operating during implementation, but our reviews have always felt a bit pressed for feedback. XpertCoding is a fast, highly efficient method to check the coding and bill out a large volume of medical charts. I also really like the online dashboard that can be tailored to our needs but presents the number of charts coded, the average billing level per day/month/quarter. The dashboard also allows us to break down the the coding by office and even provider including daily updates on all charts that are upcoded or downcoded. The issues that I have with XpertCoding stem from the amount of effort we had to expend to get the program to work best for our patient population and type of office. We like that it creates 100% of our claims based off the clinic notes pretty accurately. We like that that the bot is able to code the level of the visits based on the notes accurately so that our doctors do not have to figure out the level of the visits. The reporting platform is also helpful for our providers. The customer service is very accomodating and responds in a timely manner. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sometimes because it is AI and billing can be complex with different caveats, the customizing part is a bit time consuming. Implementation felt a bit clunky because we were not told ahead of time for things to look for or questions asked about different caveats that the bot may need. And there are issues with the codes that arise like missing a cpt or modifier, or sequencing of the cpt codes with no rhyme or reason. It's not 100% consistent. XpertCoding helps take away our manual workload. There is minimal errors when using this team. The implemenation was painless, we were up an running very quickly. Their team is very quick to respond to requests/changes/adds. We use XperCoding every day, this helps keep claims transmitting in a timely manner. Once rules were set up the process was seemless. There is still some degree of coding on certain claims and wish it had diagnosis functionality i.e changing a dx, adding a dx, updating a diagnosis, etc. Sometimes the logic has a hiccup or two but I will write the team and they look into those issues asap for us.
