What do you like best about XOi?

Taking pics and videos of the services that we provide and getting them to our customer so that it shows transparency. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about XOi?

Getting our customers to open the hyperlink on the invoice so that they understand the services we have provided. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is XOi solving and how is that benefiting you?

Documenting our findings and taking videos and pictures so that our customers can see the things we check and not just rely on our word. It also allows owners or managers of field personnel to see what our techs are visiting, and we can document the age of an A/C, what part failed, or other things.
