Value Cloud takes a holistic approach to helping estimate the value customers would receive. You can embed the value calculator on a website to allow people to perform a self-service estimate of the value they might receive. That value estimate can be handed off to a salesperson to have a more detailed discussion with that prospect. And importantly, that value proposition can be tied to the customer's account long-term so that the customer success team can continue to review whether the customer is on-track to receive the benefits they'd hoped for. While value cloud is very easy for sales people and prospects to use, the configuration of the tool on the backend is arcane and difficult to understand. Their team puts in a ton of energy to help make sure that the backend calculations are setup correctly, so in the end we had great confidence in the setup.
