**What do you like best about Xero for G Suite?**

It syncs perfectly with all google apps. The single sign on functionality has also made it easy to sign in  and also comes with two factor authentication for security reasons. Sending statements and sharing documents like cash flows and trial balance from xero has now become very seamless. The additional burden of downloading, saving and sharing with other parties is now of the past!

**What do you dislike about Xero for G Suite?**

Just the additional cost for the integration to work, but it still is the one of the best integrations to happen.

**What problems is Xero for G Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's helps ensuring the contacts for vendors and receivables are always up to date as they are an essential in sharing statements. It now very difficult to miss a deadline. Reports can now be downloaded and shared seamlessly on google sheets with teams. Everything now seems to be one click away because of this new integration.

Xero is user-friendly, simple, and easy to understand, no need for complex training. Gsheets syncing, and cloud storage

**What do you dislike about Xero for G Suite?**

It does not prompt for errors, there are high chances of integration misalignment. It can not accomodate large volumes of data during import

**What problems is Xero for G Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With automation, helps eliminating manual data input, as it can read documents, mail, and attach, and sync data, receipts, invoices etc

The integration is clean and easy to access Xero from Gsuite.

**What do you dislike about Xero for G Suite?**

There is really no point. It is just a link to zero. You could just as easily bookmark the page.

**Recommendations to others considering Xero for G Suite:**

You can get this integration, but there really isn't much of a point. I use it about 25% of the time I am going to xero, which is about once a month. It doesn't save many clicks, if you use the apps dropdown on gsuite though, you will probably really like this.

**What problems is Xero for G Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It gives me an easy way to go to xero from my Gmail inbox or google drive if I really need to.

**What do you like best about Xero for G Suite?**

Xero's payment processing system is incredibly flexible, as it's able to interact with several transaction gateways, forecasts, invoices, reports, and online transactions in a short time. The reporting in Xero is simple to do and can be distributed in various ways, even in PDF format. It provides notifications in order to resolve payments during certain timescales. Also, it offers several compatibility choices with other systems. For all client grades, it is very simple to use.

**What do you dislike about Xero for G Suite?**

The mobile app should improve, as some important functions are not included in the app. That's the only complain I have with Xero as it works excellently on the rest of the fields.

**Recommendations to others considering Xero for G Suite:**

Xero is a perfect tool to use for modern or small companies. It offers an outstanding cloud dimension, but you may have to pay for some 3rd Party solutions to achieve your financial goals with this tool. Also, I have been testing Xero for a while and I have concluded that is not effective for IOLTA payments, as there is no specific IOLTA wallet within the Xero program. To solve this, our CPA has built an all-instance solution that functions for us, but that's something you must consider if you are planning to work with IOLTA payments.

**What problems is Xero for G Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Xero mainly as a resource management tool for products and services for our businesses. It was easy to apply and arranged and even holders who don't like to be on the machine have used it quickly and without issues.

The ease of creating custom reports make it fantastic to collaborate with colleagues

The UI is not user-friendly, navigating the application is difficult and if you are not a power user it is not immediately intuitive

**Recommendations to others considering Xero for G Suite:**

It is a cold switch for an SME in the service industry

**What problems is Xero for G Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have a better finance and forecasting tool that is collaborative and custom. Prior to this there was a lot of “shooting in the dark”

The way it collaborates is excellent, it also supports hangout calendar drive etc..

sometime it can be slow, but overall i don't dislike anything.

Syncing emails, calender, drive, keeping it all in one place helps with my work.

**What do you like best about Xero for G Suite?**

Xero really ties everything together for us, when we're out traveling for a trade show or when the owner is out of the office. We can operation without missing a beat! AP/AR is handled seamlessly and without the hassle of "single user mode" that certain other software restricts you with. 

**What do you dislike about Xero for G Suite?**

So far, I don't think there's anything really that we "dislike" with Xero. 

**Recommendations to others considering Xero for G Suite:**

Being that it is cloud based I know a lot of people are weary. But everything risks the same security risk. If whether your company is cloud based, or server based, or even locally hosted. You run the same risk if someone is out to get your data. Worry about ease of use and effectiveness rather than what if the cloud data is hacked.

**What problems is Xero for G Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Multiple people working in Xero at the same time without worrying about overwriting the other persons work. We love being able to handle sales tax and reconciliation during travel!

Best about xero is user friendly and easy to use. It has lot of option to link with HMRC

I like all the features so hard to tell on any dislike but sometime it take time switch from one panel to other panel inside xero

Xero helpful time manage my accounts easily

Functions that I like about this software, you can export the accounting information to excel, work with different types of currencies, very easy to use

It is a little known software and it is a little difficult to learn how to use it, they are two characteristics that put it at a disadvantage compared to other software on the market

The export of the information to excel has always been a problem with other software that we have used, with Xero it has been very easy and fast, so the consolidated reports we managed to have them in the requested time

This is very user friendly accounting tool. Record keeping has never been easier!

Haven't run into any cons yet using this tool. Absolutely love it!

I wish it has some more features and wasnt attached to G Suite.

What I like best is that we can record operation with differents currencies and at the same time have all our daily transactions recorded

What I dislike is that sometimes xero takes long  refreshing the we. On thesecond hand, if the person who is managing it doesn´t have accountant experience it could be a litle bit difficult to understand how it works or take real advantage of this fantastic tool.

It is a really nice tool, but it is important have a small experience o background in accountatn area o business administration

Before to use Xero we had just an Excell sheet reporting and when our business grew up, it start to be a mess, because we started to work with differences currencies and the sheet it was share and imlemented by differents employees, so for us be able to implement Xero Suite on our System has been a great solution due that it let us be more effective and spend time in other importatn tasks.

How easily I am able to export my reports out of Xero and into a Google Sheet to run formulas and dive deeper into the data.

Nothing! This integration is remarkable! All I had to do was log in to my Google account and shazam!

If you're already a Xero user, you have to add the G Suite Integration. It takes your reports to the next level!

Being able to perform deeper analytics on report data

I like that I can send invoices right from my phone.  It's save me alot of time.

This is a newer program to me so we of right now there is nothing I dislike.

I am able to make and send invoices much quicker. I can do this anywhere and on the go.

The Xero Integration does not have all the bugs that QuickBooks has - It is the easiest integration to add to Xero and makes the bookkeeping process a breeze

I find that the G Suite integration is not advertised enough - I used Xero for 6 months before finding out about the G Suite integration.

**Recommendations to others considering Xero for G Suite:**

Try usin this and Quickbooks on trial together - It will mkae your decision easier.

We are solving our internal bokkeeping mechanism through Xero, and the G Suite integration serves to stremaline this process

That the cheapest model doesn't give much capacity. It gets expensive quickly.
