"Slow bridging to image software"
What do you like best about XDR Dental Imaging Software?

Coming from the old Gendex product which never had software updates, this company does well in keeping their product up to date. It is easy to use in the operatory once it is open. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about XDR Dental Imaging Software?

When using this product for endo procedures you must calibrate the imaging software every time you open a patient which is different from other products that I have used where you could just digitally measure a length on an image. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Imaging software is easy to use."
What do you like best about XDR Dental Imaging Software?

Very easy to use imaging software that works well with Open Dental. I appreciate easy to add intraoral camera pictures. I use intraoral camera with XDR, and XDR sensor, using wall mount xray. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about XDR Dental Imaging Software?

Monthly support cost $45 but have to have it just in case. The quality of x-rays w/ XDR sensor plus their software might not be as clear as other ones used in the past such as Dentrix system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"XDR is one of the best imaging softwares out there, hands down"
What do you like best about XDR Dental Imaging Software?

The interface is very simple and easy to navigate. It is not CPU heavy, and doesn't require a crazy server for it to run well. It integrates with any dental PMS that I've tried. It works very well over a VPN. It's really affordable. Their support is also very good, and they tend to remember your name when you call back. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about XDR Dental Imaging Software?

It doesn't have any kind of cloud option, which is fine for now but hopefully they will develop one in the future. Also, it is very simple but there aren't a whole lot of bells and whistles to it either. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
