What do you like best about Xcelerator?

Easy to use. Has a lot of benefits. Keeps track of drivers, inventory, etc . Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Xcelerator?

A lot of freezing and lag in system. Says already signed in when I log out and try to relog in. Have to restart computer to use program. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Xcelerator?

Does take some manual setup for the main dispatch screens, once setup it locks in and you are good to go. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Xcelerator?

I love the ease with which I can move orders in our Xcelerator software. The interface is easy to use and the training helps set it up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Xcelerator?

This isn't an easy software to integrate customers into. It takes months to set up the software and orders don't always show up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Xcelerator solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our old software was outdated they were not going to make improvements any longer. Xcelerator allows us to stream our deliveries and monitor drivers daily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Xcelerator?

I am able to see all of my customer information and easily input data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Xcelerator?

It’s so slow. It takes forever to search. Zoom makes it hard to navigate and you can’t hide columns you don’t need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
