Having a clean people record is very important to us and the ability to edit records and add new ones so easily is very helpful. The UI is easy to work with as well. **What do you dislike about Xactly?** Often there are product limitations that prevent from achieving simple tasks that one would think are easy to do just like in excel. It's easy to understand and easy to show others how to work with it and has a number of very cool features for the commissions team and sales reps to use for conveying/receiving data. **What do you dislike about Xactly?** I like most of Xactly Incent. However my biggest gripe with it are the cosmetic changes and different updates made to make it look nicer. However this to me makes it a little harder to work with as the system doesn't always seem to want to work exactly the way you want it to. From when I started using it about 2 1/2 year ago it's gone under unnecessary cosmetic changes that don't really enhance at least my experience (someone who works on the back end of using it) and only would for someone with the viewing capability of a sales rep. **What problems is Xactly solving and how is that benefiting you?** It provides my team an opportunity to convey sales data accurately and consolidated to our company. For example, the system lacks key features that allow business to quickly and easily scale such as global search or the ability to drill between objects in the system. The system also operates under an archaic view that most businessed operate under a monthly candece; being required to group all of your data into individual months is tedious and increases the cost of maintance. Xactly also suffers from an inconsisent UI/UX like the lack of sticky search across all objects, or even lack of consistency in being able to search for something as basic as a person's name is avaible in some objects but not in others. Xactly also does not allow you to rename anything, which makes it challenging to create new configuration when you may not be able to streamline your naming cadence when creating something new.
