When I enter in to myIncentives, it takes more than 5 seconds to render the page. I love this feature because I have not seen this in systems like Oracle incentive compensation. **What do you dislike about Xactly?** Below few points that i dislike: 1) I wish lookup tables would have shown total count of line items added. 2) A custom option to run calculation batch only for few reps would be a great option to have. 3) Once batch is run and payments are released we cannot go and rerun the same batch again as release gets affected during that process, there is a workaround but its cumbersome. 4) Reporting has to be improved a lot, its hassle to build reports in Xatly Analytics **What problems is Xactly solving and how is that benefiting you?** 1) Xactly helps to run calculations swiftly and accurately with minimal manual intervention. 2) Incentive statement is also helpful and gives a detailed view for the reps. **Official Response from Sonia Cabrera Rossi:** > Thank you for your positive feedback and rating; we value the time and information you shared. The reporting doesn't map to the needs of our business and the information is often, at best, faulty and not correct. Xactly has been referred to as "Almostly" within our company pretty much since its adoption. I really love the Search Orders and Results. Makes it easy to pull the data from the site in order to understand how the engine is calculating the results. **What do you dislike about Xactly?** 2 big issues we have run into: 1) Unreleasing released commissions. It took us way too long in order to figure out and understand how to do so. And the time that we did it without uploading a template...I can't even recall how we solved that issue. Probably had to call customer support for that. This process should be more intuitive than it currently is. 2) The new UI changes. Last year we were told the old UI was going away and we panicked because the new UI was not only new and unfamiliar, but it also lacked the functionality of the old UI. The Heirarachy data pulls wouldn't work and I just couldn't understand why Xactly would push such a buggy UX on your customers. Perhaps to attract new users with a flashy update? It also has great versioning capabilities which make off cycle comp updates easy to manage. **What do you dislike about Xactly?** It takes a little bit of time to learn your way around the system, but our team started with no user experience and was able to pick it up relatively quickly. **What problems is Xactly solving and how is that benefiting you?** Xactly allowed us to get all of our comp plans out of excel and into a centeralized system. This allowed us to automate the generation monthly statements and greatly reduced the time required to calculate monthly and quarterly commissions. Another major time save is the ability to edit and send comp plans through the system for signature, something we use to spend a lot of time managing. ### 27. I love that it breaks down so many different categories. I can sort for the month, quarter, and year so easily. My goals are kept forefront and for someone motivated by goals, this is a must. **What do you dislike about Xactly?** At times, it can be hard to follow the actual breakdown of where the commission is coming from. For example, there will be three different pay outs for one sale. It would be helpful if they were labled according to what they are paying on such as delivery, terms, monthly rate, etc. **What problems is Xactly solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is giving me a daily tool to check regarding not only my commission but also my revenue goals. There should be overall categories such as ACV total amount, Total commission, total spiff, any if there are negatives, what is that total and why.
