The solution is flexible, easy to configure and can be customized per our needs and time-to-time changes in incentive plans. Xactly Incent meets our HR and legal requirements by allowing accurate implementation of designed plans, audit capability, plan routing and status tracking. It meets the Sales team requirements by giving visibility to goals and credits and transparency to achievements via incentive statements and ranking.

Xactly Analytics is a user-friendly tool that allows us to automate and publish various reports on the user dashboard. It provides valuable insights into sales performance and compensation data. It allows organizations to analyze sales data in real-time, have a better understanding of sales performance and make informed decisions.

Xactly community portal and university offer an excellent resource for beginners to advanced learners. Monthly newsletters keep the administrator up to date with upcoming changes. Currently, the default period is set to the last close period, and I hope there is a way to change the period for all tabs in one place.
