1. The platform helps in shortlisting the top relevant candidates who will be a great fit for the organization.

2. The end-to-end automation of the hiring process gives lot of room for the recruiters to focus on the candidate and leave the rest to the software to take care of.

3. AI scoring puts into perspective what are the most important aspects of the candidates to focus about like skills, expertise etc.

4. All the time spent setting up interviews and assessments are now a breeze with the help of automation process

5. Sourcing and retargeting capabilities from the internal talent pool makes the recruiters life much easier as we already have a pool of candidates to start from.

6. Interview scheduling and assessments automation has given so much saving in terms of time spent, and reminder functionality helps in constant applicant engagement

7. Job creation needs to be done only on the platform and the software takes care of publishing it on every other job network and all the candidates applying comes to one place in the application, which is excellent

1. The tool has been very helpful and efficient, nothing as of now that I dislike

2. The AI features and other options are working as expected, so there is nothing much that is a concern

3. Clearly its helping in all the areas of recruitment, so all the small stuffs can be ignored

4. Setting up is the time-consuming part. Once the system is setup it’s a breeze from that time onwards

5. No issues as such, learning curve for the platform is very small and all the options are straight forward and easy

6. The application is mobile and tablet friendly which is good, but it’s a plus if mobile app is available

7. It is very hard to find a negative when collectively the platform is helping to increase the productivity in hiring initiatives

8. Nothing that I dislike as of now going through most of the features

9. A very few user management issues which were customizable and configurable and rectified

2. All the manual process are automated and digitized and all the relevant data are available, quantified and analyzed and available for all stakeholders to view

3. On demand video interview allows candidate to attend interviews at their preferred and comfortable time slots and is turning out to be very effective

4. Most of the time spent around setting up the interviews and assessments have been taken care by the application which makes the recruiters life much easy

5. Searching the internal employees and previously applied candidates for any new requisitions are a big plus which makes the talent pool very relevant

6. The platform is very much in line with the company initiative of objectivity and diversity which is achieved by AI seems too good to be true.

7. All the recruitment initiative budget are streamlined, and gaps are identified using X0PA’s recruitment solutions

8. Quality and quantity are the new normal after using X0PA’s features. It helps in identifying the best candidates even at a bigger scale.

9. AI scoring using big data analysis helps us to even compare existing employees and understand whether previous hirings were up to standards as well

This new platform definitely takes away a lot of manual pain points is what I think. The asynchronous interview scheduling was superb I would say as I had to reschedule my interview timeslots a couple of times and I did not have to reach out to the panel attendees as next available slots were available for easy rescheduling.
