**What do you like best about X (Twitter)?**

Twitter makes it easy to "follow" friends, but more importantly to follow businesses to keep you up to date on new offers and even get coupons.  It's also a great way to keep your followers in the loop about what you are doing and share things across your circle very quickly - great for announcements and such

**What do you dislike about X (Twitter)?**

Managing all of the people you are following is not very intuitive or easy to do.  Also, no easy way to sort out people or ideas

Easy to use and very powerful - whether you're signing up as a business or just personal its a must.

**What do you like best about X (Twitter)?**

Tweets are becoming an important method of social media marketing and commentary for small businesses.  Retweeting and following is a good way to begin to build your own twitter base -- we are beginning to do this with our own company.  It's also a great way to publicize strong customer service


**What do you dislike about X (Twitter)?**

It's important to have a responsive, dedicated twitter administrator as tweet conversations get 'public' and can spread very quickly


**Recommendations to others considering X (Twitter):**

Adding a twitter stream to your webpage and constantly update your tweets will improve your SEO.

It seems to get shut down fairly often (but not for too long).

It is the fastest news circulation tool there is. Almost everyone is on twitter.

People tweet whatever they want. Find the gems in hundreds or thousands of tweets.

I don't think there is anything that compares to Twitter. Follow people that provide useful information to you. Don't be shy about unfollowing.

Some information recevied is just not necessary.

Sometimes the links don't work on the Mobile App, but will work on web browser

Just try it! It takes a few days to get used to the layout of the Tweets, but it's worth it

Too much garbage out there.  I don't care when someone is at Starbucks.
