Twitter has evolved in interesting and useful features but a basic edition on what you have published makes hard to understand. It tells about biggest news and events.
It helps brands and consumers to communicate casually. People can tell their reviews about a brand without thinking twice. Brand also get to know negative sides of their product or service.

What do you like best about X (Twitter)?
Twitter is easy to use. It does not require you to write a lengthy post. Twitter is good for finding out the latest news and events as they happen. I experienced this when during the escalation of a protest in my country some social media platforms were temporarily not working. You can easily find posts with the help of hashtags. Splitting the homepage into the ''For You page'' and the "Following page'' has made it easier to navigate Twitter and get some interesting suggestions for profiles to follow. It is hard to distinguish promoted and the actual accounts you are following. The promoted tweets have such a tiny promoted word left under the tweet.
