The social channel that we manage with our client is all about customer loyalty and building a community of people that can engage with the brand. The contests and other things we're able to build so quickly and easily through Wyng can make this happen quickly and easily. What do you like best about Wyng?

When I first used Offerpop, I thought it was a great service and really one of a kind. I had a bit of loyalty to it because of that and everyone I've worked with there has been absolutely helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Wyng?

The price! With other platforms like Wayin gaining ground, I was expecting a bit more leeway with pricing and test trials. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Wyng?

I enjoy the idea behind the software; having visuals, storytelling and user experience drive the final product. Makes for a very engaging experience. The fact that it displays well on a tablet and on mobile is a big plus for me too as not all products will do that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Wyng?

Sometimes I would prefer more text options, like getting to see blog post headers mingled with the images on a tablet/mobile format. But not much jumps out as a strong "dislike". Reminds me a lot of Instagram, which can't be a bad thing. Adding in more options for people who want to incorporate with a e-commerce platform would be nice. Like reporting you can have fro the dashboard or even an option to change the style of graphing you see for the output. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

If you have a marketing budget for something like this and need something that will continue to grow outside of the work you put in because users are engaged, this might be the tool for you. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Solves problems with user engagement and getting potential customers to stay and look at different products. The big benefit I think is to have so much social presence come naturally without having to force it. Another benefit is just being able to generate a large amount of ideas from users quickly.
