**What do you like best about Wyllo?**

We've had a great experience with Wyllo (NoFraud). Before implementing it, our team was manually reviewing orders, which was time-consuming and often created delays for customers. Wyllo has completely streamlined that process by automatically reviewing and approving or declining orders in real time.

The platform delivers an impressive 99% approval rate, allowing legitimate customers to move through checkout without unnecessary friction while still protecting us from fraudulent transactions. The automation has significantly reduced the workload on our team, improved operational efficiency, and helped us process orders much faster.

If you're looking for a fraud prevention solution that balances security with a seamless customer experience, Wyllo is an excellent choice.

Sometimes legitimate orders get flagged and require manual approval, but this is rare, and support is quick to assist.

**What problems is Wyllo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NoFraud is solving the problem of manual order review and the risk of chargebacks from fraudulent transactions. Before implementing it, our team spent a lot of time trying to analyze orders and decide which ones to approve... especially during busy sale periods when things move fast. Now, NoFraud automatically approves or declines orders with impressive accuracy, reducing fraud-related losses and saving our team hours of manual work. A big added benefit is that it helps keep our inventory levels more accurate in real time, since orders aren't sitting in limbo waiting for manual approval. That’s been especially helpful during high-traffic sales events!

**What do you like best about Wyllo?**

We’ve been using Wyllo for nearly two years, and I truly can’t recommend them enough. The platform is seamless and very user-friendly, and their support has been wonderful throughout. During onboarding and setup, the team was incredibly kind and helpful, answering my many questions with so much patience.

Most importantly, Wyllo has been a critical resource for our customers when it comes to online payment security, and it also helps protect our company in cases of fraud. The website’s Help Centre is extensive and full of resources that have been essential for me and my team. Whenever we’ve needed something reviewed or wanted to better understand a process, we’ve been able to reach out and get extra assistance.

As an e-commerce business, Wyllo has become an essential part of how we protect both our customers and our revenue.

**What do you dislike about Wyllo?**

There truly isn't much that we have disliked- I think sometimes the fail/review reasons are not entirely clear to us as the merchant, but we don't even entirely need them to be; as long as Wyllo analysts are handling it we can simply trust their knowledge and expertise.

**What problems is Wyllo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The fact that we do not have to mind or manage our fraud system has been a lifesaver in terms of time and efficiency. During busy periods we can trust that the system is running in the backend and doing all the necessary work for us. Additionally, the chargeback protection means that we feel confident that we are covered in terms of fraudulent orders going through, but Wyllo always asks for more information to be able to support a claim.

As the Director of Operations for Cutler Nutrition, fraud prevention and chargeback protection are critical to our business. Wyllo has been an excellent partner in helping us identify high-risk transactions, reduce fraudulent orders, and protect our revenue without creating unnecessary friction for legitimate customers.

The only downside I can think of which isn't a major one is that it may occasionally flag legitimate customer orders for review

Services available and customer support level. Pricing is also very competitive among other services, which definitely plays in Wyllo's favor.

**What do you dislike about Wyllo?**

Lack of information from backend processes: We rely a lot on direct communication with analysts for review process updates. It would perform much better if customers could get more information on the dashboard: timeline for the actions taken (when an email/phone call/text was sent to the customer, when a response was received), the details of the customer's response etc.

**What problems is Wyllo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fraud risk review is the main problem Wyllo is solving on a daily basis. We had to review high-risk transactions manually, researching all relevant parties online, reviewing their previous purchase history, etc. Now Wyllo took the process over completely, and we are only involved in manually cancelling high-risk orders. 
Chargeback protection and Wyllo's integration with our payment processors allows us to use Wyllo for challenging payment disputes, which is extremely helpful and saves a lot of time.

**What do you like best about Wyllo?**

I like the features that allow us to search an order and be able to see why it's considered higher risk and give us some details on that front. These features help us get a better picture into what is being flagged with the customer, why they may be seen as risky, and allow us to make an informed decision.

**What do you dislike about Wyllo?**

We run into issues where Wyllo is flagging orders after they initially approve them. That's become a significant issue for us because flagging something after the fact often leads to an item having been shipped already, which is too late to turn around or even if we could halt it, it still leads to significant loss. Our shipping costs are very high due to the size of the items we sell.

**What problems is Wyllo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Wyllo to screen orders and track potential fraud, outsourcing this function to have a more professional and robust system. It helps protect our bottom line by identifying fraudulent actors before shipping. The detailed risk information aids in making informed decisions.

Wyllo's fraud check analysis gives our business confidence that we’re processing and shipping orders to real, legitimate customers. It saves our team valuable bandwidth to be able to focus on creating meaningful customer experiences.

**What do you dislike about Wyllo?**

If I had to pick areas I think could use more work-- it would be the transparency and organization of dispute/chargebacks. Wyllo provides email alerts regarding orders' statuses, chargeback coverage eligibility etc. but these constant alerts end up clogging inboxes and falling by the way side-- I think this should be completely streamlined within the platform. Then provide one daily email alert summary that breaks down number of order in review, number of dispute covered, not covered being worked on, pending etc.

**What problems is Wyllo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Wyllo we had a very high chargeback/dispute volume, mainly due to fraud/scam orders. Since working with Wyllo we have significantly reduced this volume. It's our major defense system so to speak when it comes to potential bad actors and we process and ship way more confidently now. We also have the ability to add customers to the blocklist in the event someone becomes a bad actor, which is just another great tool in our toolbox for protecting our business.

**What do you like best about Wyllo?**

Setup was easy, the customization actually lets you dial things in for your specific business needs, and once it's running it basically manages itself. We've spent maybe a few hours total on it over almost two years — truly set it and forget it. On top of the AI and algorithms, they have human fraud analysts doing manual reviews which gives you a confidence level that pure automation can't match. But the real differentiator is the team. They run a customer advisory board and genuinely use customer feedback to drive their roadmap.

**What do you dislike about Wyllo?**

Honestly not much. I'd love to see them move a little faster on product updates, but I know they've been investing heavily there recently with a big acquisition and product changes, so I expect that pace to pick up. That's really the only thing I can think of.

**What problems is Wyllo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fraud reduction is the obvious one, but the bigger win is what comes with it. Our team has gotten back hours that used to go toward manually reviewing orders and dealing with chargebacks. And (what people may not realize) if you're relying on Shopify's built-in payment filters you're declining legitimate orders and leaving money on the table. NoFraud lets us confidently pass more good orders through without worrying about the bad ones. So we're not just losing less money to fraud, we're actually capturing more revenue. Low lift, high impact.

We had a lot of fraudulent orders coming from one address, and they solved it for us, which saved us money. It’s reliable and automatic, and we were able to connect it to Shopify without any hassle. Overall, the setup was painless.

It makes fraud detection as hands-off as possible, and the Shopify integration really can be set up in under five minutes. Our onboarding was straightforward and we were able to customize our notifications to match our branding.

The new UI for order fraud doesn’t have a search bar on the homepage. It’s a small thing, but having to click through multiple times just to pull up an order feels repetitive. I’d really like to be able to jump from Shopify to Wyllo directly from the order itself.

**What problems is Wyllo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

AVS mismatches, medium-risk orders, freight forwarders, and any other “on the fence” orders are analyzed for us. Beyond the tangible ROI from the orders themselves, the amount of labor it has saved us also can’t be discounted.

NoFraud has helped us manage our fraudulent orders in a seamless and effortless way. If we have customers who push the limits of our policies, we're able to report abuse vs if they've crossed the line, we can add to a blocklist. We're able to view detailed information as to why an order was failed or passed, and add to block/allow list at our own discretion. It also helps protect our customers - any stolen card information is automatically cancelled, where previously they weren't and the victims felt like they couldn't trust our site.

Need an integration with Gorgias to view data directly in the widget (I know it's being worked on). Need a link from Shopify to the direct NoFraud site (unless I just haven't found it)

I use NoFraud to help detect and prevent fraudulent orders on my online store. What I like the most is the automatic fraud detection and quick decision process. It reviews orders in real time and tells me if a transaction is safe or risky, which helps me process orders faster and reduces manual checking. These features save time during busy sales periods and help me ship orders faster while reducing the risk of fraud. The initial setup was straightforward and didn't take much time. After connecting it with my online store, it started reviewing transactions automatically, making the process simple and easy to follow. I would recommend NoFraud because it helps detect fraudulent orders and reduce chargebacks for online stores. It reviews transactions automatically and makes order processing safer. It has been helpful for managing risk in our clothing store.

I appreciate how Wyllo helps us filter out fraudulent orders, which is really important for my work at Credo Beauty. One of the things I like most is that when a customer writes in with questions about their order that's been filtered out, we can reach out to Wyllo support. They're really helpful in navigating the situation and assist us in determining whether an order can be verified or if it will remain a failed order. This setup makes the process clearer and lessens the risk of wrongful order cancellations. Plus, the initial setup of Wyllo was very easy from my end, making the transition smooth.

**What do you dislike about Wyllo?**

I do wish that we were able to see more information when we log in to Wyllo and put in the order. We're not able to see a lot of information. When we type in the order number, it's difficult from a client experience aspect not able to, like, see a lot of information regarding why the order was canceled. So when the customer reaches out to us and is like, why was my order canceled? We're not able to, like, you know, give them a lot of information. We're not able to see a lot of information on our end. And Wyllo support helps us with that. But I do wish that we could see more information when we log in regarding why the order was filtered.

Honestly, the biggest standout since the switch from NoFraud to Wyllo (after they brought in Yofi) is just how much more the platform handles now. Before, we mainly used it to block stolen credit cards and standard payment fraud.
​Now, it actually tackles the sneaky stuff that really eats into our margins—like return policy abuse, promo code loopholes, and annoying reseller bots. They kept the AI and manual human review combo that we always liked, but the new dashboards give us way better visibility into what customers are actually doing in real-time. It’s been a lifesaver for spotting bot traffic and stopping abuse before it messes with our inventory. It feels way less like a basic pass/fail filter and more like a complete safety net for the business.

**What do you dislike about Wyllo?**

While Wyllo's new anti-bot and policy abuse tools are incredibly powerful, they sometimes cast too wide a net. We’ve noticed an uptick in false positives on our high-value, complex orders. Legitimate VIP purchases occasionally get flagged as bots, which creates frustrating manual review bottlenecks and slows down shipping during peak sales rushes.

What I like best about NoFraud is how easy the system is to use. Communication is quick and efficient, and it doesn’t interrupt the customer flow at all. Overall, it’s a smooth, user-friendly solution that makes fraud prevention simple.

I don’t have many dislikes about NoFraud. One minor issue is that the dashboard can sometimes be a bit slow, especially when exporting documents. I also wish we could see more customer history on failed orders, though I understand this may be limited due to privacy concerns.

We really love the visibility within the analytics dashboard. It’s clean, intuitive, and makes it easy to quickly understand trends, approval rates, review volume, and overall fraud performance at a glance. Having accessible, organized data allows us to make faster operational decisions and keep leadership informed without digging through complicated reports.

And once again, their customer support is top notch. Their team is responsive, knowledgeable, and quick to assist our CSRs with questions or escalations. That speed and professionalism directly support our efficiency and ensure we can take care of customers — or fraudulent transactions — quickly and appropriately.

Between the strength of their fraud review process, the clarity of the analytics dashboard, and their top-notch customer support, we’ve had a consistently positive experience. Nothing negative to report — just a solid partnership that continues to support our business.

It was nigh impossible to weed out the fraudsters from our website before. Unless you can memorize the names, emails, or addresses or create a list of possible illegitimate orders, they would get away with it. Now that we have NoFraud on our side, they do that for us. We are now looking into the Chargeback Protection/Chargeback Management for another level of business security and take some work off my own plate!

Wyllo has been able to get us a higher approval rate through their ability to put customers through a reviewal process. This happens automatically on the backend and helps push through some additional customers that might have otherwise been flagged.

I think the recent acquisition of Yofi with returns fraud was a missing piece in their offering. Hopefully this will help them flag fraudsters (and abusers) even after orders are placed.

Wyllo is helping us prevent fraudsters from purchasing on our site. Without a platform like this, we would be relying on Shopify's basic fraud check.

The cost. There are more budget friendly solutions out there. Signifyd is one. As long as you are a certain size company, there are substantial savings that can be had with other fraud solutions.
