Wufoo allows very in-depth forms to be created. I cannot find another app that does this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
While it is very in-depth, it's also tricky to learn, and you can only contact them by email. I would give Wufoo a 10 if they had phone support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that Wufoo has various customization abilities that let you drag and drop questions and personalize a form for your needs. You can have multiple forms depending on how you want to use them. It's also fairly affordable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There's honestly not much to dislike about Wufoo. If all you need is a simple form tied into your funnel, this will do the trick. You can gather the info you need to qualify prospects. For what it is, Wufoo works great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Ease of use for our use cases which involved event registration for an on-campus event. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There isn't much that we didn't like. It served as an option to collect registrant information to be compiled with our current salesforce data for admission counselors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The ability to easily create forms, with advanced branching and logic is one of the main reasons we have stayed with Wufoo as our form builder. The tie in with many other apps like mailchimp, zapier and webhooks makes the possibilities almost limitless.
The user interface is basic and easy to use, it could use some updating. The power to quickly create a new form with minimal fuss and be able to embed or send it out quickly to gain results is a big plus. No matter what webplatform you use for your website, they provide the embeddable code to easily embed any form, whether you use Wordpress, Custom HTML or even a WYSIWYG builder like Wix, Squarespace or any other builder you use.
If you are looking for a good solid form builder Wufoo is defintely a good choice. If you know what you are doing CSS wise you can easily customize the look of your forms as well. They have added the ability to take payments which for some may be very beneficial withing your form for event registrations or even classes.
You can make anything happen with a complicated form and conditions, yet the backend is needing an overhaul to make it easier and visually pleasing.
You can easily export form submissions to CSV or Excel files. If you use a system like Zapier you can easily and automatically export your submissions into Google Sheets or whereve you would like. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The platform is starting to feel a little dated and clunky compared to some of the other form softwares out there. The ability to stylize & even reporting needs an update. The user interface is basic and easy to use, yet is lacking at the same time. It is starting to feel dated and not as responsive as it should.
When dealing with larger forms or reports things can get a confusing due to the dated layout and lack of responsiveness within the browser.
Reports are not as robust or powerful as one would hope for with complex forms. The report builder needs a huge overhaul to help make pulling the data in a visual way easier. Not much has changed in the look/feel of Wufoo over the last 10 years. Hopefully they will update this powerful form builder soon. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Easiness and simplicity. Their sample texts are funny as well. I really appreciate the company's humor and helpfulness Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Nothing - I can't think of anything I do not like. I do wish creating themes were easier but it's not that big of a deal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love the ease of use of this product. I can find everything in a user-friendly interface and put together a polished form in no time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Limited features on the free version but well worth the investment if you decide to pay. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Wufoo provides not only the ability to intuitively and quickly create simple web forms but also to create complex forms with field rules and integration with payment processors, webhooks, and third-party apps like Mailchimp or Zapier. I also love how easily we can embed Wufoo forms into our website. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only disappointing limitation was the inability to create recurring donation payment forms for a custom amount. Wufoo integration with Stripe payment processor makes setting up recurring payments possible, but not for a custom amount. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Wufoo is super easy to use and has some great features like being able to limit the number of form submissions. It also has a Zap to pretty much anything you want to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The UI is pretty outdated but that's not a big concern. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
-Easy to build forms and surveys using this platform
-Can create visual reports with results of your surveys (bar graphs, pie charts, etc.)
-Can share specific forms and surveys with various users on the account. This kept the interface clean for those who only needed access to specific forms rather than flooding their view with every form and survey our dept ever made. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
-The report builder had character cut-offs that sometimes led to me having to abbreviate the question that was used in the survey to make it fit as a title to a chart. This can be tricky when a question is lengthy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Wufoo is easy to use, set up simple survey questions and replicate similar surveys season to season or year to year. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Wufoo looks dated and doesn't feel like a modern platform, which doesn't aide in brand credibility. I think other tools look more modern. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
