Benefits: speed to market. I can have WA writers working on projects with just a few minutes of project details, then I'm off on other marketing tasks while their writers are working on it.
We've had good success with our SEO, using blog articles that WA writers have worked on. We compete in 5 product areas, each with a different set of competitors, and yet we are leading on all fronts with position ranking for our key product terms. That is in no small part to WA writers helping me to fill content/keyword gaps to create clusters of 15-20 pages around a large pillar page on each topic.
We are defining new terms and space in MarTech, writing about Visitor Relationship Management, and WA is helping us educate the market similarly to how Hubspot developed Inbound and Drift developed Conversational Marketing.
I've used WA to further marketing goals at 3 different organizations over the past 5 years. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
