I use WRITER mainly for writing documentation, creating presentations, and also for code snippets. It's been a fantastic tool for an 'agenting' experience, where it effectively manages HTML files and applications for onboarding or educational experiences. This is especially true for the agent degree part. WRITER is pretty powerful and serves as a great tool. The agenting AI experience is impressive. Whatever I ask WRITER to create, whether it's an HTML application, a PDF, or infographics, the tool performs fantastically, especially when I provide the right prompt. It does a very good job in creating detailed PDFs by accessing source PDFs and HTML applications like 'click to open.' I've done that and it's been a great experience. Also, the initial setup was a cakewalk; you just log in and you're good to go, making it very easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I think Writer needs to have updated information, especially retrieval arguments to generative AI, to verify if the document is accurate or not. Sometimes it accesses outdated information, which can affect the summary section. It also lacks support for creating the right prompt, which can be challenging since not everyone is good at prompt engineering. It would be great if Writer could help create a detailed prompt that users could review, making the customer journey smoother. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
