What do you like best about Writecream?

None. The whole experience was bad. Not recommended. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Writecream?

Very bad customer service. The customer service simply didn't reply my message for a week or two.

Inside the dashboard, there's no way you can stop the subscription, check your billing, invoice. And the whole platform is buggy, you can't batch upload your csv after you've applied the unlimited plan.

I would strongly advise you guys not to use this platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It didn't really benefit me. The unlimited plan is not really unlimited. When I asked the customer service how can I buy more quota, there's no reply. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is easy to use. It has a great option to write multilanguage. Although I usually write the posts for my blog, since I found this app, I have saved a lot of time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
