It’s great to hear that collaboration has been smooth for your team and that the notification triggers—especially the Teams integration—are making it easy to stay updated in real time. That kind of connectivity can really help keep everyone on the same page. You bring up a really good point about the lack of change logs for custom fields. Not being able to see who changed what (and when) can definitely cause confusion, especially when you’re working with a lot of moving parts. One workaround you might try is using Wrike’s comments or @mentions to manually note important changes, but I agree—it would be much easier if this was tracked automatically. I’d recommend submitting this as a feature request if you haven’t already; Wrike’s product team does pay attention to user suggestions. As for the API, it sounds like having a more robust reporting endpoint would save you a lot of time. In the meantime, you might be able to use a combination of existing API calls and a little scripting to pull the data you need, but I know that’s not as convenient as a single call. If you want, I can point you toward some community resources or help articles that might offer a few workarounds. And if you have more ideas for features that would make Wrike even better for your workflow, definitely keep sharing them—user feedback is a big part of how the platform evolves. I like the different options for viewing, like the Gantt chart, which makes it flexible for team members to choose whatever view works best for them. I also find the new automations helpful. Some aspects of reporting are not great. It's hard to get exactly what I need sometimes. I wish it had more reporting capabilities around user groups and request form submissions.
