## Wrike Reviews
 ### 1. Wrike is a useful platform but inconvenient.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 24, 2025

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

- Email notifications about new messages.
- Option to assign and mention users.
- Documents saved on top of the task.
- Customer support is quite responsive and helped with access (but again, not easy to find out how to message them).
- Easy to implement subitems and build a hierarchy.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

- A mess within folders, it's difficult to create a convenient structure within projects, statuses. I am struggling to find things without creating billion bookmarks in my browser.
- This platform is very difficult to use.
- Previously, I used a few other tools and they were much better than Wrike, also managed to get used to other tools within couple days while Wrike took me a few months.
- Dislike using it daily.
- Complicated integration.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Wrike helps to organise work tasks for cross-teams collaboration, however, there are many other tools doing the same.

**Official Response from Karilla Dyer:**

> Thank you for taking the time to share your honest feedback. We’re glad to hear that features like email notifications, user mentions, document attachments, and our responsive customer support have been helpful for you. It’s also great to know that you find subitems and task hierarchies easy to implement.

We’re sorry to hear that you’ve found Wrike’s folder structure and overall usability challenging. Wrike is designed to be highly flexible, but we understand that this can sometimes make it harder to set up a structure that feels intuitive—especially if you’re coming from other tools with a different approach.

Here are a few tips that might help make things easier:

Folder Organization: Try using Spaces to group related projects and folders. Spaces can help reduce clutter and make navigation more straightforward.

Search and Filters: Wrike’s advanced search and filtering options can help you quickly find tasks or projects without relying on bookmarks.

Custom Dashboards: Setting up personalized dashboards can give you a clear overview of your most important work, reducing the need to dig through folders.

Onboarding Resources: If you haven’t already, check out Wrike’s Help Center and video tutorials—they offer step-by-step guides for organizing your workspace and making the most of Wrike’s features.

Integration Support: For complicated integrations, our support team or your account manager can provide guidance or recommend best practices to streamline the process.

We appreciate your feedback about the learning curve and daily usability. Your insights are valuable and help us continue to improve Wrike. If you have specific suggestions or would like more personalized help, please don’t hesitate to reach out—we’re here to support you!

Thank you again for your review and for being part of the Wrike community.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 09, 2025

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

The upside of using Wrike is providing a centralized, reliable resource for document retention and governance. I like that I receive email notifications on the status of my projects yet I can always go back into the tool and find documents, submissions and other details related to my projects. It is very intuitive to use with little to no training.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

I know my company isn't using Wrike to its fullest ability so it's hard to share a dislike when it works well for the one use case I have.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves the need for a centralized tool for obtaining, storing and tracking legal and compliance reviews which is critical when working for a bank. It also allows a simple way to capture feedback provided and document that all requirements were met. It helps greatly with collaboration across departments.

**Official Response from Karilla Dyer:**

> Thank you so much for your thoughtful review! We’re thrilled to hear that Wrike has been intuitive and valuable for your business, especially as a centralized resource for document retention, governance, and project collaboration. **What do you like best about Wrike?**

- Views, specially GANTT and TABLE

- Connections with Outlook calendar
- Fluidity of the system, but it can depends from connection or PC.

I mean these features could be free for all the enterprise users.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

- Workload allocation
- Resources Workstation
- Customer/supplier collaboration

 ### 6. Wrike is the ideal project planning tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nasir Q. | Senior Product Marketing Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2025

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

Wrike is a comprehensive project planning tool. We use it to plan our product launches, and it is easy to learn, navigate, and share plans with teams and colleagues.

The comments function is particularly useful to provide timely updates and alert stakeholders via email.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

I believe the UI can be modernized to align with those of our competitors. I appreciate the UI's response speed. Any modernization of the design shouldn't impact that.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Collaborating between different teams, particularly for large product launches is challenging. Wrike helps us overcome that challenge by providing a intuitive platform that has all the necessary features to collaborate and plan product launches effectively.

**Official Response from Karilla Dyer:**

> Thank you for sharing your positive experience with Wrike! We love hearing that you find Wrike easy to use and effective for planning product launches. Your feedback on the UI is valuable, and we'll definitely take it into consideration for future improvements. We're glad that Wrike is helping you collaborate between teams and plan product launches more effectively. If you need any assistance or have further feedback, please don't hesitate to reach out.

 ### 7. Seamless Workflow and Team Collaboration

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** James S. | Programmatic Account Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 25, 2025

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

It’s great way to match up all of your workflow and connect with your colleagues

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

Sometimes it can be hard to search for tasks

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Connecting with colleagues and be able to review each task of the process

**Official Response from Karilla Dyer:**

> Thank you for sharing your experience with Wrike. We're glad to hear that our platform helps you align your workflow and connect with your colleagues. Collaboration and task visibility are important to us, and it's great to know Wrike is making a difference for your team.

We appreciate your feedback about searching for tasks. Our team is always working to improve the platform, and comments like yours help us prioritize updates.

 ### 8. Wrike is an excellent tool to keep our team organized and on track

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kelley H. | Content Strategist and Writer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 23, 2021

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

Wrike has been a game-changer for our team. We’ve streamlined marketing tasks, automated workflows, and centralized our creative projects—all in one place. The automation tools make complex processes effortless, and the platform’s flexibility keeps everything organized and on track. It’s a must-have for productivity and collaboration!

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

The main flaw is that subtasks cannot be used on recurrent tasks. Recurrent tasks make up a good portion of our use, so this is a major issue. I love the overall product so I work around it, but I hope this important feature will be added in the future!

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With complicated lists of tasks, it's easy for things to slip though the cracks without a tool like this. This keeps everyone on the same page and allows team communication too.

 ### 9. Reliable Project Management with Strong Customization Options

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 23, 2025

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

Wrike offers a great balance of structure and flexibility. The ability to create custom workflows, dashboards, and request forms makes it easy to tailor the platform to fit your team’s specific processes. The timeline view (Gantt chart) is especially helpful for visualizing project timelines and dependencies. I also appreciate the real-time collaboration features, including task comments, file attachments, and @mentions, which help keep communication organized within each project. Integration with tools like Outlook, Slack, and Google Drive adds another layer of convenience.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

The learning curve can be steep, especially for new users or teams without a dedicated onboarding process. Some of the advanced features are only available in higher-tier plans, which may be limiting for smaller teams. While the UI is functional, it can feel a bit cluttered at times, and performance occasionally slows down with large projects or lots of tasks in one view.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Wrike helps streamline project visibility and coordination across teams. Before using Wrike, we struggled with scattered communication, unclear task ownership, and inconsistent timelines. Now, we have a centralized platform where we can track tasks, deadlines, and approvals in real time. It’s improved our resource planning and reduced bottlenecks by making it easier to see who’s working on what and when. The custom request forms and automation tools also save time by standardizing intake and reducing manual follow-up.

**Official Response from Karilla Dyer:**

> Thank you for your detailed and thoughtful review! We're delighted to hear that Wrike's customization options, real-time collaboration features, and integrations have made a positive impact on your team's project management and communication. It's great to know that tools like custom workflows, dashboards, and the Gantt chart are helping you streamline processes and improve visibility across your projects.

We appreciate your honest feedback about the learning curve and UI. To help new users get up to speed, we offer a variety of onboarding resources, including interactive guides, video tutorials, and a dedicated help center. If your team would benefit from more personalized onboarding or training, our support team is always happy to assist.

Regarding advanced features and performance, we're continuously working to enhance Wrike for all users, regardless of plan size. Your input helps us prioritize improvements, so thank you for sharing your experience.

If you ever need tips on optimizing your workspace or want to explore automation and reporting features further, please reach out—we’re here to help! Thanks again for being part of the Wrike community and for helping us make Wrike even better.

 ### 10. Good tool for project management

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lucas L. | Client Implementation Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2025

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

Once you get to know how it works, it's easy to run projects.
It has plenty of functionalities and dashboards that allow to review projects easily from a management side.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

When the tool it's updated, it creates frustration, as sometimes they introduce big changes, which are not helpful and they go against what project managers usually do and need.
Sometimes it feels like it's meant to be for management control and not to run projects, as most changes go that way.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Wrike allows me to run multiple projects at the same time.
My workstack is usually full, so I can track the tasks for each project.

**Official Response from Karilla Dyer:**

> Thank you for sharing your experience with Wrike! We’re glad to hear that once you get familiar with the platform, it makes managing multiple projects much easier and provides valuable insights from a management perspective.

We also appreciate your honest feedback about updates and how some changes may feel challenging or less aligned with day-to-day project management needs. Your input is important to us, and we continuously work to balance powerful management features with usability for all types of users.

 ### 11. Streamlining Workflows with Wrike

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shobhit J. | Site Reliability Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 26, 2025

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

Wrike is great because it combines powerful project management with flexibility.
You can create tasks, projects, and timelines easily, but also customize everything — workflows, dashboards, reports — to fit exactly how your team works. It’s especially strong for teams that need real-time collaboration, because you can chat, share files, give feedback, and track changes all in one place. Plus, it integrates with a ton of tools like Slack, Google Drive, and Microsoft Teams, so it fits into whatever system you’re already using.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

Pricing can get expensive. Interface is also heavy.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Saves time on communication and status updates
	•	Makes project delivery more predictable and less stressful
	•	Improves teamwork because everyone’s on the same page
	•	Helps catch risks or delays early before they become big problems
	•	Frees up your brain to focus on work instead of tracking work

**Official Response from Karilla Dyer:**

> Thank you for sharing your experience and insights!

We’re thrilled to hear that Wrike’s flexibility and real-time collaboration features are making a positive impact on your team’s workflow. ### 12. Wrike_Streamlining Projects

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rachael M. | Director of Projects & Facilities, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

The Wrike platform has helped to streamline and organize Projects in a big way! I love the detailed options, allowing the user to customize and build a calendar, assign costs and split duties amongst the assignees. There is also an option to share a public view, which has less details, which can be helpful when communicating timelines to outside parties, without oversharing.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

It can be a bit cumbersome in some areas if the user is not intensely familiar with the platform. Once is it learned, it is a fantastic tool, but it does take some time to become proficient.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Overall organization and task accountability amongst the organization.

**Official Response from Karilla Dyer:**

> Thank you for sharing your experience! It’s fantastic to hear how Wrike has helped you streamline and organize your projects, especially with features like customizable calendars, cost assignments, and the ability to split duties among team members. The public view option is a great way to keep external stakeholders informed without overwhelming them with too many details—such a smart way to balance transparency and privacy.

You’re absolutely right that Wrike can feel a bit overwhelming at first, especially for new users. But once you get the hang of it, it really does become a powerful tool for keeping everything organized and ensuring accountability across the team. ### 13. Wrike Dashboards for Project and Program Transparency

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kevin T. | Global Program Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 08, 2022

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

Wrike helps us bring transparency to all of our projects. As we are growing as an organization, we are now saying that everything has to be in Wrike for our source of truth. Wrike has implemented a dashboard that allows us to create better transparency. This transparency is not just for the program team but also for people outside of our program. We have implemented a weekly readout that goes to many stakeholders to help keep everyone informed of our progress across our project portoflio. We love what Wrike has done with the Dashboards.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

Helping people understand Wrike right away. Moving people from Email, PowerPoint and excel can be overwhelming.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Transparency to the status of activity of all of our projects across the program. Also, helping us preplan projects based on a teamplate as our process is repetivitve.

 ### 14. First time user

**Reviewed Date:** July 25, 2025

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

it is an effective way to communicate with our offshore team

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

it's a little bit confusing to navigate. sometimes I can't find a certain ticket in the actual platform and I have to go through my email and look for the email notification in order to navigate to the ticket

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

to be honest, there is not problem that Wrike is solving for me. our team has to use it in when communicating and assigning tasks to our offshore team. it does make things more streamlined, since we are able to keep all tickets in one place

There's a learning curve at first that feels pretty overwhelming, but it isn't too bad. If you're determined, you'll get around it super fast!

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We do lots of mentoring/onboarding at our organization! For each new hire, we create wrike tasks to keep track of where they're at in their process, and their mentor and manager check off periodically. Great way to stay organized!

 ### 16. Helpful and practical, though a bit complex

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consulting | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

There are features of wrike that have significantly streamlined our workflow, such as the calendar function to track project dates, and the request form function to update teams on new client requests. These have reduced back and forth over email, and ensured that all information is housed in a central, accessible location.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

Wrike has given our team some trouble, with the original dashboard being difficult to update, and complicated workarounds being needed to fix some of the issues with sharing project deadlines. There was also a learning curve for our junior analysts as it is a more complex looking CRM, in my opinion.

**Reviewed Date:** December 09, 2025

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

One of the best project management software. We could make it work even with contractors

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

Some flavor or industry specific template would be great

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Process and project management

 ### 21. Wrike is a powerful project management tool with great collaboration, but has a mild learning curve.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Manufacturing | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 04, 2025

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

Wrike makes cross-team collaboration easy, it’s simple to tag other teams, share projects, and keep everyone in the loop with time-stamped comments and clear task progress.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

Wrike solves the problem of poor visibility and communication in project management. It helps keep everyone aligned by making timelines clear, tasks trackable, and updates transparent. ### 22. Does exactly what we need, and continually adds features to help us do our work better

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anna C. | Marketing Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 05, 2025

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

There are dozens of project management tools out there. The primary function from Wrike that won us over was the graphical review tool -- tagging and marking up creative right there. No more back-and-forth emails. No more repeated or missed edits. And the Request Forms. They've saved us.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

Some of the interface is a bit wonky and takes a bit to learn. We still haven't been able to understand the sorting and dashboard pages. It pulls in from the different statuses from different workflows, but we can't figure out why.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Streamlining, automating some processes, and removing bottlenecks.

**Official Response from Karilla Dyer:**

> Thank you for sharing such detailed feedback! It’s fantastic to hear that Wrike’s graphical review tool and Request Forms have made such a positive impact—eliminating endless email threads and making creative collaboration much smoother. These features are designed to help teams work more efficiently and avoid missed edits or repeated feedback, so it’s great to know they’re delivering real value.

You’re absolutely right that Wrike is most effective when it streamlines and automates processes, helping to remove bottlenecks and keep projects moving forward.

Regarding the interface and dashboard sorting, it’s understandable that these areas can feel a bit confusing, especially with multiple workflows and statuses in play. If you’d like, we can share some tips or resources to help make sense of dashboard customization and sorting options. Sometimes a quick walkthrough or a few adjustments can make these features much more intuitive and tailored to your team’s needs.

If there are specific questions about how statuses are pulled into dashboards or how to get the most out of sorting, just let us know. We’re here to help you get even more out of Wrike as new features continue to roll out!

 ### 23. Wrike - powerful features

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Cosmetics | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 24, 2025

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

Wrike is very easy to use. The template functionality for project creation eliminates re-entry of standard tasks and allows me to quickly create a new project timeline based on type. The dashboard feature is one of my favorites. I'm not an advanced user, but the dashboards are easy to set up and allow me to self-manage my projects easily.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

I wish that Wrike integrated with our Microsoft software more seamlessly. We live on Teams and Outlook. It would be great if I could create connections to our Teams channels and schedule milestone meetings through Outlook directly in Wrike.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My project timelines are very aggressive due to business need. Wrike helps me quantify the impact of delays and identify my true "critical path." When I use Wrike for a project, I can catch timeline risks earlier and implement corrective actions faster.

**Official Response from Karilla Dyer:**

> Thank you so much for your detailed feedback! We're delighted to hear that Wrike’s template functionality and dashboards are making it easier for you to manage projects and stay on top of aggressive timelines. It’s great that you’re able to quickly set up new projects and use dashboards to self-manage, even as a non-advanced user.

Regarding your point about Microsoft Teams and Outlook integration, we understand how important it is for your tools to work seamlessly together. Here are a few suggestions to help you get more out of Wrike’s integration capabilities:

**Reviewed by:** Lindsay H. | Business Lead, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 23, 2022

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

The program seems more streamlined now, and I also appreciate the ease in which one create or modify project entry forms.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

Somehow make it easier to find projects in certain areas once they've been submitted if one doesn't have the request number handy.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Increased visibility across multiple departments removes a ton of ambiguity when trying to manage projects, especially since our office is hybrid.

 ### 25. Using Wrike for Project Management

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Saylor G. | Conversion Optimization Marketing Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2025

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

I use Wrike all day and everyday. Wrike is straightforward and easy to use and the help center has the answers to most of my concerns when they arise. It was easy to set up and get a dashboard for myself tailored to what I need it to do. Wrike easily organizes my tasks and keeps me on track by use of the calendar function.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

The side view can be a little intrusive and having to click a few buttons to get a task to go into full screen can be tedious.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It organizes our tasks and keeps the Marketing team on track.

**Official Response from Karilla Dyer:**

> Thank you for sharing your experience with Wrike! It’s great to hear that Wrike has become an essential part of your daily workflow and that the help center has been a useful resource whenever you need it. ### 26. Good for project management, expensive to integrate with other software

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Public Relations and Communications | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 25, 2025

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

Wrike helps me keep track of my personal tasks while coordinating and delegating projects with my group. It also helps me check in on what my colleagues are doing, and the ability to build and submit forms is very useful.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

It would be very useful to integrate Wrike with other software, like Airtable, but this option is so expensive that my organization opted not to pay for it. There is also a bit of a learning curve; some of my colleagues struggled to adapt.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prior to Wrike, teams in my division were somewhat siloed from each other in that we couldn't easily keep track of and contribute to each other's projects without directly approaching each other. With Wrike, we can check in, comment, and add feedback asynchronously. Wrike's online forms also help us to collect and track requests.

**Official Response from Karilla Dyer:**

> Thank you for your thoughtful feedback!

We’re glad to hear that Wrike is helping your team stay organized, collaborate more effectively, and streamline project coordination—especially with features like task tracking and online forms. It’s great to know Wrike is making it easier for your division to work together and share feedback asynchronously.

We understand your concerns about integration costs and the learning curve. Here are a few suggestions that might help:

Integration Alternatives: While some integrations require a higher-tier plan, you might be able to connect Wrike with other tools like Airtable using third-party platforms such as Zapier or Make (formerly Integromat). These can often provide basic integration capabilities at a lower cost, allowing you to automate workflows between Wrike and other software.

Wrike’s API: If your organization has technical resources, Wrike’s open API allows for custom integrations. This can be a cost-effective way to connect Wrike with other platforms you use.

Learning Resources: To help your colleagues get comfortable with Wrike, take advantage of our quick-start guides, video tutorials, and live webinars. These resources are designed to make onboarding smoother and help teams get the most out of Wrike’s features.

Templates and Best Practices: Using Wrike’s templates for common workflows can help standardize processes and make it easier for new users to adapt.
If you’d like step-by-step guides or more information on any of these options, Wrike’s Help Center is a great place to start.

We’re always working to make Wrike more accessible and user-friendly, and your feedback is invaluable in that process.

 ### 27. Wrike review from ENFRA Assistant Project Manager

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Oil & Energy | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 02, 2025

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

Our team loves the dashboards, workload views, tagging, task management, automated rules, notifications, etc. We have also had great responses from customer service. Their responses have been quick and helpful. There are also many great resources and articles of how to use Wrike that help make it easier to understand how to use it. Our team members use Wrike almost daily.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

There are so many features that our team is just unaware of, and don't know how to incorporate it into how we currently use Wrike. We are also sad that the list view is leaving soon. We like the table view, but the list view was popular with our team.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Task management and understanding workloads has been a huge benefit. Being able to track tasks in dashboards has also been super helpful.

 ### 28. A great project management tool

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Adrien M. | Global Media Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

Wrike is a great tool to manage several projects at the same time, with a lot of different stakeholders and ensuring that we keep track of all the deadlines and SLAs we have. The ticket system is very useful to communicate across teams and keep a written source of all discussions.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

I would say the UX is not the most practical and easy to use, there are a lot of different sections and navigation isn’t always smooth to go from one to another. I also feel like sometimes Wrike is a bit slow

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Project and time management for all our paid media campaigns.

**Official Response from Karilla Dyer:**

> Thanks for sharing your experience!

It sounds like Wrike is really helping you juggle multiple projects and stakeholders, especially when it comes to keeping track of deadlines and SLAs. The ticket system is a great way to make sure nothing gets lost in the shuffle and that all team discussions are documented.

Navigation and speed can definitely impact how smooth your workflow feels. If you find yourself jumping between sections a lot, setting up custom dashboards or using bookmarks for your most-used spaces might help cut down on clicks. For performance, keeping your browser and the Wrike app updated can sometimes make a difference, and closing out unused tabs or sections can help things run a bit faster.

If you have ideas for making the UX more practical or want tips for streamlining navigation, let me know. Thanks again for your feedback!

 ### 29. Very customizable but a steep learning curve and some bugs

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Higher Education | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

I like how customizable Wrike is as far as organizing your assets. You can really organize things however you want, and I like that there are many different options compared to other project management tools that I've used in the past.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

Training others to use Wrike, especially those who aren't quick learners, can be very difficult. I have team members who have been using Wrike for 1-2 years and are still struggling with basic functions because the general interface is not user-friendly. There are also a lot of small bugs, we've noticed, like the wrong project count showing in reports and not getting notified for messages. I wish there was more customizability with the dashboard layouts too.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Wrike allows my team to stay organized when managing projects, so that we can keep all communication about a project in one place.

**Official Response from Karilla Dyer:**

> Thank you for sharing your feedback on Wrike. It's good to know you appreciate the customization options available for organizing your assets. We understand your concerns about the learning curve and bugs you've encountered. We're continuously working to improve user experience and address any issues that may arise.

We value your input regarding training difficulties and interface challenges. Our team is dedicated to enhancing usability and functionality to make the platform more intuitive for all users. We'll investigate the reported bugs to ensure a smoother experience for you and your team.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kenisha A. | Copywriter, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 07, 2025

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

What I like most about Wrike is how it allows you to see you to see your entire task schedule at a high level, while still breaking things down based on the project. I also love the way it allows you to see what things you have responded to so you can keep track of whether or not someone is waiting for your response.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

I dislike the fact that sometimes you don't have visibility to certain projects because you haven't been assigned a task within them. I dislike this because sometimes other projects can still impact your workflow even if you are not working on them directly.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Wrike is s helping me keep track of all my deadlines and keeping me posted on any feedback someone may have for me.

**Official Response from Karilla Dyer:**

Wrike is fairly easy to learn, and they have helpful how-to videos available. It is simple to create a dashboard with common, pre-built widgets for new users.

Wrike makes it easy to tag projects with custom information so we can build reports (using internal language) showing the types of projects the marketing team is requesting / producing, and how various business units are being supported.

 ### 39. Streamlined collaboration that keeps our sales projects moving

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2025

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

As a BDR, the Kanban‑style boards and @mention threads mean I never lose sight of prospect‑related tasks; custom reports surface stalled deals before pipeline reviews, and the native Salesforce integration cuts copy‑paste work every single day.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

The UI feels busy for new reps, and—unless you tame the default notification rules—your inbox can explode; we’d also love a lighter‑priced guest‑collaborator tier for partners who only dip in occasionally.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Wrike pulls all our pre‑demo tasks—content requests, legal/security reviews, and outbound campaigns—into one shared workspace, so I can see status, owners, and due dates without chasing Slack threads. Automated reminders replace manual check‑ins, cutting hand‑off lag, while real‑time dashboards give my manager clean data for pipeline health and capacity planning. Net result: fewer dropped balls, faster lead‑to‑meeting conversion, and a couple of reclaimed hours each week for prospecting.

**Official Response from Karilla Dyer:**

> Thank you for your detailed review! We're thrilled to hear how Wrike’s Kanban boards, @mention threads, custom reports, and Salesforce integration are helping you stay on top of prospect-related tasks and streamline your sales workflow. It’s great to know that having all your pre-demo tasks in one shared workspace, along with automated reminders and real-time dashboards, is making your process more efficient and freeing up valuable time for prospecting.

We appreciate your honest feedback about the user interface feeling busy for new reps and the potential for notification overload. Customizing your notification settings and dashboards can help reduce the noise and make Wrike feel more tailored to your daily needs. Your suggestion for a lighter-priced guest-collaborator tier is a great one, especially for partners who only need occasional access. We’ll be sure to pass this feedback along to our product team.

Thank you again for sharing how Wrike is helping your team reduce manual work, improve visibility, and accelerate your sales process. If you ever need tips on optimizing your setup or have more suggestions, our support team is always here to help!

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aleks Z. | Global Head of Ops, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2025

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

Wrike is very intuitive and easy to use
I like seamless integration of timelines and resources and the workload view
Cap plan dashboard is very useful
Generally things are easy to find and look up
Project setting and requests forms are very good

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

I thino ne thing to point out is limitations to functionality and easy of view for timingplans - they are note very client friendly and also it's almost impossible to build a programme of work for the account comparing this to SmartSheets

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Resource view and capacity
Pipeline planning
Scope approvals
Collaboration with the team

**Official Response from Karilla Dyer:**

 ### 41. Workflows vs Onboarding

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consumer Goods | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

I really like how flexible the workflows are. They allow us to customize processes to fit different teams and project types without being locked into rigid structures. That adaptability has been key for managing complex timelines and approvals.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

The onboarding experience could be more strategic and cohesive. It feels like new users are thrown in without a clear roadmap, and there’s a missed opportunity to guide teams through best practices tailored to their use case or role.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Wrike helps us centralize and standardize project timelines, especially for complex licensed product launches. It reduces the back-and-forth by keeping tasks, approvals, and files in one place, which improves visibility across teams and ensures fewer things slip through the cracks. The ability to build custom workflows and automate task handoffs has also saved a lot of manual follow-up time.

**Official Response from Karilla Dyer:**

> Thank you for sharing your feedback! We're thrilled to hear that you find Wrike's workflows flexible and adaptable for managing complex timelines and approvals. We appreciate your insights on the onboarding experience and understand the importance of providing a clear roadmap for new users. We will take your feedback into consideration to enhance our onboarding process and provide more strategic guidance tailored to different teams and roles. It's great to hear how Wrike is helping you centralize project timelines, improve visibility, and save time with custom workflows and task automation. If you have any further suggestions or need assistance, please feel free to reach out. We're here to help!

 ### 42. Highly functional product for project management

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

Wrike is easy for the team to use collaboratively because it has few barriers to entry and it's easy to configure different access/view levels based on profile. I like that I can easily enter values in the table field. It gives us what we need to manage a product roadmap and communicate with senior leaders. I frequently use the product to pull slides into reporting decks. It also allows us to track marketing launches in a common place.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

I doesn't leverage our enterprise Single-Sign on. This makes the integration with our environment less seamless than would be desired. It also has a decent learning curve that can scare some away.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use it to plan marketing activities around new product launches or other campaigns. We also track new product features and roadmap for various product teams.

**Official Response from Karilla Dyer:**

> Thank you for your detailed feedback! We're delighted to hear that Wrike’s collaborative features, customizable access levels, and table fields are making it easier for your team to manage product roadmaps, communicate with leadership, and track marketing launches. It’s great to know that Wrike is supporting your reporting and planning needs across different teams.

We appreciate your comments about Single Sign-On (SSO) integration and the learning curve. We understand how important seamless integration is for enterprise environments, and your feedback helps us identify areas for improvement. If you’d like, we can provide resources or guidance on Wrike’s current SSO capabilities and tips to help your team get up to speed more quickly.

Thank you again for choosing Wrike and for sharing your experience. If you have any further suggestions or need assistance with onboarding or integrations, please let us know—we’re here to help!

 ### 43. good enough for simple projects but not the best for complex ones

**Rating:** 1.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Atche P. | Commerce Analytics MAnager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

- the interface looks nice
- I like the 'template' function, but it can be improved
- the comments section is useful
- the text formatting (esp the Header is useful)
- tagging a task/project in multiple places

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

I've always had a hard time using it for complex tasks, it didn't seem intuitive to use it for complex tasks
the layers of projects to folder to task sometimes gets in the way of showing progress in one big picture

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Organizing my team's projects and making sure everyone is updated. It helps in ensuring that the blockers are surfaced

**Official Response from Karilla Dyer:**

> Thank you for sharing your feedback on Wrike! We understand your concerns about using Wrike for complex tasks and the layers of projects that can sometimes hinder progress visibility.

We're constantly working on improving our platform to make it more intuitive and efficient for all types of projects. If you have any specific suggestions on how we can enhance the functionality for complex tasks or improve progress visibility, please feel free to share them with us.

We're here to support you in organizing your team's projects and ensuring smooth communication and progress tracking. If you need any assistance or have further feedback, please don't hesitate to reach out.

 ### 44. I find Wrike extremely user friendly with trying organize a project.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Adrianna N. | Administrative assistant for Arvig Construction, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

The help to break down a project, that you can share your projects with others and simply how easy it is to use.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

This isn't a major issue but i dislike that i can't tell when something has been seen by team members - i/e when an issue needs to be resolved. I can only see what step it is left in.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My current project in Wrike is the breakdown of a few documents i need to put into a completed status. I am able to work with other team members that have access to do so.

**Official Response from Karilla Dyer:**

> Thank you for your positive feedback! We're glad to hear that Wrike’s user-friendly design makes it easy for you to break down projects, collaborate with others, and keep your work organized. It’s great to know that sharing projects and working together on document completion has been helpful for you.

We appreciate your comment about wanting to see when team members have viewed an item or update. This is a valuable suggestion, as visibility into who has seen what can help keep projects moving and ensure nothing gets missed. We’ll share your feedback with our product team as we continue to enhance Wrike’s collaboration features.

Thank you again for choosing Wrike and for sharing your experience. If you have any other suggestions or need tips to get even more out of the platform, please let us know—we’re here to help!

 ### 45. Wrike has leveled up our team's productivity and enhanced our processes.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lauren W. | Senior Manager, Marketing Campaigns and Process, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

I love Wrike's features such as custom item types, custom fields, and all the things that help us to track and optimize our team's output and efficiencies.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

I think it's easy to get siloed in Wrike - I wish instead of each task being so siloed there was a way to see campaign information in a central sidebar vs. having to click all the way to the top level (depending on how your system is set up.) One of those things that Wrike's biggest draw is that it's so customizable but that can also be a bit of a weakness.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Wrike is helping us to show all marketing initiatives and touch points in one place seamlessly. It gives our team a clear direction on how to run their day and what our priorities are.

**Official Response from Karilla Dyer:**

> Thank you for sharing your experience! It’s fantastic to hear that Wrike’s custom item types and fields have helped your team track, optimize, and really level up your productivity. Having all your marketing initiatives and touch points in one place can make a huge difference in keeping everyone aligned and focused on what matters most.

You bring up a really insightful point about silos. Wrike’s flexibility is a huge strength, but it can sometimes make it tricky to get that “big picture” view without a bit of extra navigation. Your idea of having campaign information easily accessible in a central sidebar is a great one—being able to see context at a glance would definitely help teams stay connected and avoid getting lost in the details. I’ll make sure to pass your feedback along to our product team, as we’re always looking for ways to make Wrike even more intuitive and connected.

Thanks again for your thoughtful review and for trusting Wrike to support your team’s processes. If you ever want tips on dashboard setup or have more ideas for making Wrike work even better for you, just let us know—we’re here to help!

 ### 46. Doesn't Meet our Needs

**Rating:** 2.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Management Consulting | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 22, 2021

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

Wrike does integrate easily with email and provides an easy way to collaborate across departments

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

We have decided to move to a different platform as it no longer meets our needs and have found their team very challenging to work with.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are using Wrike for project management for our consulting projects, which allows everyone, including management to have a solid understanding of where each project is and what the anticipated next steps are. We are also using it to share availability for projects and to find people to fulfill roles on projects.

 ### 47. Fully Capable and Personalized Approach to Project Management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Christian C. | Search Strategist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

The ease of use in-platform is definitely something I enjoy about the product. It is very simple for someone to learn the ins and outs of the product and personalization allows for custom reports and dashboards.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

The notification system. I have updated my notification preferences a few times but still receive emails for everything. Sometimes that means 50 emails sent at once to my inbox.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Centralization is a big one. Our agency is able to manage projects, collaborate, track our time, and schedule meeting tasks all within the platform. Before, we would use multiple different program.

**Official Response from Karilla Dyer:**

> We're glad to hear that you find Wrike easy to use and appreciate the customization options for reports and dashboards. We understand the frustration with the notification system and will pass this feedback along to our development team for further improvement. Thank you for sharing how Wrike has benefited your agency by centralizing project management and collaboration!

 ### 48. Great project management capabilities and added support ticket capabilities

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Joel S. | Sales & Marketing Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

Wrike helps make collaboration easy, regardless of team size. It was easy to get going, and it helps keep everyone on the same page throughout an entire project. We also enjoy using the support ticket features for our customer support team.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

For the customer support tickets, if it's marked completed, and a customer replies to the thread, it won't go back into new ticket. Kind of makes it difficult from time to time.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Customer support is easier than having to manage emails in Outlook. We also don't have to question where everyone is on projects.

**Official Response from Karilla Dyer:**

> Thank you for sharing your positive experience with Wrike! We're thrilled to hear that our project management and support ticket capabilities have been beneficial for your team's collaboration and customer support efforts.

We appreciate your feedback regarding the issue with completed tickets not returning to the new ticket status when a customer replies. We understand the importance of seamless communication and will look into ways to improve this process for a smoother experience.

If you have any further suggestions or encounter any other challenges, please feel free to reach out to our support team. We're here to assist you every step of the way. Thank you for choosing Wrike!

 ### 49. Helpful tool to manage marketing team

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Religious Institutions | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

I enjoy its ability to manage time and complex projects seamlessly across a large team. The pre-made templates and widgets help make building new dashboards, reports, and projects more efficient and set up for success from the start. Our entire team relies on this tool daily and is essential to getting our work done and on time.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

It is a fairly isolated tool with not a lot of integrations built in. This means working with outside vendors or when dealing with different document locations a bit cumbersome. While there is the capability to integrate with other platforms, it takes time and comes at a cost.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Wrike allows us to accomplish a wide range of tasks and projects on tight deadlines with clarity on status, ownership, and without losing track of any details.

**Official Response from Karilla Dyer:**

> Thank you for sharing what you like best about Wrike! We're thrilled to hear that our tool has been essential to your team's daily work and time management. We understand the importance of integrations, and we're continuously working to enhance our platform's connectivity. Your feedback is valuable to us, and we appreciate your support!

 ### 50. Wrike has is exactly the tool we were looking for

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Martha M. | Director of Marketing, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2025

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

We love that Wrike keeps our teams content strategy on task, creates visibility, and allows us to keep all information regarding content in one place. It is easy to use, and easy to digest as a dashboard in our standups and creates accountability and collaboration.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

The only thing so far that is difficult for our team is the approval section. Oftentimes we have team members who post approvals as a comment and then add approvers, but they don't do it in the approval section. That creates some confusion.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Project transparency and visibility, Accountability, Focus and direction as well as project management. It has helped keep our team on track, creating visibility into where we are in a project as well as having one central location for approvals, content, and notes.

**Official Response from Karilla Dyer:**

> Thank you for sharing your positive feedback about Wrike! We're thrilled to hear that you find our project management tool user-intuitive and customizable. We appreciate your suggestion about tagging teammates more conveniently, and we'll definitely pass this feedback along to our development team for consideration.

It's great to hear that Wrike is helping you keep your projects organized and on track. If you have any more suggestions or feedback, please feel free to reach out. We're here to help and support your project management needs.
