## Wrike Reviews
  ### 1. Feedback of using Wrike

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alex C. | Account Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2025

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

Very organized to show the progress. We used Wrike not just to track the campaign progress but we also used that as a dashboard for our weekly status call that the whole team can track the progress. We can customized the dashboard to fulfill different objectives

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

Sometimes, the loading time is a bit long and we need to refresh the browser to see new changes

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A centralized platform for the team to update the progress of all projects

**Official Response from Karilla Dyer:**

> Thank you for sharing your feedback! It’s great to hear that Wrike’s organization and customizable dashboards are helping your team stay aligned and keep track of progress during your weekly status calls. ### 2. Couldn't do my job without it!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nicole W. | Marketing Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2025

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

Wrike is very user-friendly, helping me manage all our creatives and projects in one place, and has been adopted company-wide thanks to its ease of use and intuitive interface. I am SO happy I found it because I honestly do not believe I could do my job without it.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

I think what I like least is the price. It is a bit expensive, but it does offer a lot.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest problem was time management and it's been solved. Prior to using Wrike, we were using email for the review/approval process of content and creatives, which was cumbersome and ineffective, leaving lots of room for errors. With Wrike, all of those problems have been solved.

**Official Response from Karilla Dyer:**

> We're glad to hear that you find Wrike easy to use for duplicating project templates and assigning tasks and dates. We appreciate your feedback about the difficulty in moving projects to the right folder, and we'll take this into consideration for future improvements.

  ### 3. Best Project Tracking Tool I've Used

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Victoria K. | Project Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

I absolutely love the flexibility Wrike has for a variety of tasks, projects, and reporting. It is intuitive and easy to use. It was also very easy to onboard a team to using Wrike that have a variety of skills in using technology. We use Wrike daily for all sorts of things.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

The mobile app - I just can't figure it out!

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has automated a lot of systems for us as well as reduced roadblocks we've previously faced.

**Official Response from Karilla Dyer:**

> Thank you for your feedback! We're glad to hear that Wrike has been intuitive and easy to use for your team. We appreciate your input about the mobile app, and we'll take it into consideration as we work on enhancing the app's functionality. We're pleased to hear that Wrike has automated systems and reduced roadblocks for you.

  ### 4. From a PM perspective

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 05, 2025

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

The feature I use a lot in Wrike is the List view, I prefer that over the table view as a PM because I am able to build out projects and sub tasks, and track time within those tasks, or even create a task within that project to do an overarching time tracking task. I also sometimes create resource projects where if I am working on multiple projects under a certain client we can track time within that resources bucket that gets distributed into the multiple projects which makes it really easy as a PM to track hours within the budgeted hours.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

I do not like the table view, I'm sure it's helpful for other team members but as a PM I do not like the way it looks.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Time tracking, project management functions, workflows, and budget tracking.

  ### 5. Very interesting tool

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Andrea Q. | Digital Learning Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 11, 2025

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

I like the time tracking, and Gantt charts, making it easy to plan and execute projects. The @mentions, real-time document editing, and built-in approvals are great to collaborate with external and internal partners.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

The platform has many interesting features. Unfortunately all of these tools can overwhelm new users, especially those not used to this kind of software. Sometimes information about how the platform works is a bit confusing. The volume of email and in-app notifications can become overwhelming if not configured properly.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Wrike has contributed to solve the project collaboration on my organisation. It's easier to communicate with several partners about the same project and we can all see and work on the project. The time tracking has been excellent to help to understand how much time we expend on every task from a project.

**Official Response from Karilla Dyer:**

> Thank you for your thoughtful review! We're glad to hear that Wrike’s time tracking, Gantt charts, @mentions, real-time document editing, and built-in approvals have made project planning and collaboration much easier for you and your partners. It’s great to know that these features are helping your organization communicate more effectively and gain better insight into how time is spent on each task.

We understand your concerns about the platform feeling overwhelming for new users, especially with so many features and notifications. To help with this, you can customize your notification settings to reduce email and in-app alerts to only what’s most important for you. For new users, starting with the basics—like task creation, commenting, and time tracking—can make the learning curve more manageable. Wrike’s Help Center and Wrike Discover training platform also offer step-by-step guides and quick tutorials to help users get comfortable at their own pace.

If you’d like, we can provide specific tips for onboarding new team members or optimizing your notification settings. Thank you again for sharing your experience and for using Wrike to improve project collaboration in your organization!

  ### 6. Best data management tool

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Hema C. | Software engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 10, 2025

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

It offers powerful task management tracking features for projects and offers templates to save time on recurring project types

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

It relies heavily on manual setup for automation rules and causes notification overload

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me align myself to the project goals and track project progress

**Official Response from Karilla Dyer:**

> Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts about Wrike. We’re glad to hear that our task management features and project templates have helped you save time and stay aligned with your project goals. It’s great to know that Wrike is supporting your progress tracking and project organization.

We appreciate your feedback regarding manual setup for automation and notification overload. Your insights help us identify areas for improvement, and we’re always working to enhance the user experience. If you have suggestions or need tips on optimizing notifications or automation, please let us know—we’re here to help.

Thank you for being a valued part of the Wrike community!

  ### 7. A great project management tool

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ilana T. | Senior Digital Marketing Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 11, 2025

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

I like the ease of use - it's easy to see comments, adjust statuses, and get an overall big picture of projects and where they stand. It's been a great tool both for internal processes and for collaboration with external partners.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

The search functionality is not ideal. If you don't know the task by name, the search results often generate a lot of unrelated tasks.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It enables us to collaborate with our external development agency, giving us a simple way to both brief in new tasks and also get clear visibility into the progress of ongoing tasks.

**Official Response from Karilla Dyer:**

> hank you for your feedback! We're glad to hear that Wrike’s ease of use, clear commenting, and status adjustment features are helping you get a big-picture view of your projects. It’s great to know that Wrike has been valuable for both your internal processes and collaboration with external partners, making it easier to brief in new tasks and track progress.

We appreciate your honest feedback about the search functionality. It can be challenging when search results return too many unrelated tasks, especially if you don’t know the exact task name. To improve your search experience, try using filters such as assignee, date, or project, and consider adding unique keywords or tags to tasks for easier retrieval. If you need help setting up more effective search strategies or want to share your suggestions for improving this feature, our support team is always here to assist—and your feedback will be passed along to our product team.

Thank you again for sharing your experience and for using Wrike to streamline your project management and collaboration!

  ### 8. Wrike has elevated our Team's productivity

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2025

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

The collaboration we have been able to achieve using Wrike has elevated our team's ability to take on additional responsibilities. We are moving projects along without having to wait for meetings and schedules to align using the tools available in Wrike.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

It does take some time to figure out how to use all the features available in Wrike. In the beginning we hadn't even scratch the surface of what the application has to offer. It does take some time to unlock all the features.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Wrike is helping us with communication and collaboration. We use Wrike for all our projects and have cut down on the number of meetings we have to schedule with stakeholders.

  ### 9. Good Project Management System for Agencies

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mary Beth O. | Associate Vice President, Project Management Office, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2025

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

Wrike has more advanced reporting functionality and customization options than most PM tools I have used in the past.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

Wrike lacks a few seemingly basic features, such as the ability to log a half day of PTO, that hinder accurate reporting and planning.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Wrike allows for customization to our agencies specific workflows and reporting needs versus needing to rely on an out of the box solution that can't meet all our needs.

**Official Response from Karilla Dyer:**

> Thank you for your thoughtful review! We're delighted to hear that Wrike’s advanced reporting and customization options have made a positive impact for your agency, especially compared to other project management tools you’ve used.

We appreciate your feedback about logging a half day of PTO. We understand how important accurate time tracking and planning are, and suggestions like yours help us identify areas for improvement. Our product team is always looking for ways to enhance Wrike’s functionality, so your input is truly valuable.

It’s great to know that Wrike’s flexibility is helping you tailor workflows and reporting to fit your agency’s unique needs. If you have any other suggestions or need help optimizing your setup, please don’t hesitate to reach out. Thanks again for sharing your experience!

  ### 10. Easy to Learn

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Peace A. | Student Research Assistant, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2025

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

I find Wrike is easy to learn. I like the customization of it when working with different teams and projects

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

While a lot of Wrike can be customized, I do not like that emailing cannot be edited to have another email included

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It’s providing an alternative to solutions such as MS planner or excel. Reporting needs on work being done is met.

**Official Response from Karilla Dyer:**

> Thank you for your feedback! We're happy to hear that you find Wrike easy to learn and appreciate its customization options for different teams and projects. It's great to know that Wrike is meeting your reporting needs and serving as a strong alternative to other solutions like MS Planner or Excel.

We appreciate your suggestion regarding email customization and understand how the ability to include additional emails could enhance your workflow. Your input is valuable as we continue to improve Wrike’s features and flexibility.

Thank you again for sharing your experience and helping us make Wrike even better!

  ### 11. Very good!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 23, 2025

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

Wrike is a highly effective tool for streamlining your tasks and improving productivity. It offers a range of features including task management, team collaboration, and project tracking, helping you stay organized and meet deadlines efficiently. You can create, assign, prioritize, and monitor tasks easily, ensuring everyone is on the same page. Additionally, Wrike integrates with various other apps and provides real-time updates, facilitating smooth workflow and communication within your team.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

One thing that I find lacking in Wrike is the absence of a pre-filled interface for certain sections, which could be beneficial for handling repetitive tasks. Having templates or pre-configured options would save time and effort by eliminating the need to manually input details for tasks that recur frequently.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Everything is organized in Wrike to provide comprehensive feedback both internally and externally. The platform's features ensure clear communication, detailed reporting, and seamless updates, making it easy to keep everyone informed and aligned on project progress.

**Official Response from Karilla Dyer:**

> Thank you for your detailed feedback!

We're glad to hear that Wrike is helping you streamline tasks, improve productivity, and keep your team organized. Your comments about the benefits of task management, collaboration, and real-time updates are much appreciated.

We also value your suggestion regarding pre-filled interfaces and templates for repetitive tasks. Your input helps us identify areas for improvement, and we’ll be sure to share this with our product team.

It’s great to know that Wrike is making a positive impact on your workflow and communication. If you have any more suggestions or need assistance with templates or other features, please let us know—we’re here to help!

Thank you again for sharing your experience.

  ### 12. Mildly confusing but I know how to get to only what I need to access and I ignore the rest.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 23, 2025

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

I like the clarity of the form once I access my specific form. I'm not entirely sure how to use the Spaces or what they're for. I also don't use the to-do list.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

The mass amount of forms available are confusing. I'm only able to navigate to the one I use because it's suggested for me probably due to a demo I participated in. I wish we could add people to the ticket to view and get updates on it without a link so that it prompts them in email.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Wrike acts as our ticketing system to bridge the work gap between the agency and the ad tech / ad operations teams.

**Official Response from Karilla Dyer:**

> Thank you for sharing your experience and for highlighting how Wrike helps bridge the gap between your agency and ad tech/ad operations teams. We're glad to hear that once you access your specific form, the clarity and structure work well for you!

We understand that the number of available forms and features like Spaces can feel overwhelming, especially if you only need to use a few specific tools. Spaces are designed to help organize projects, folders, and forms into logical groups—think of them as separate “workspaces” for different teams or functions. If you’re interested, our Help Center has quick guides on how Spaces can help streamline navigation and reduce clutter.

Regarding your suggestion about adding people to tickets for updates: Wrike does allow you to @mention users in comments or assign them as followers to tasks, which will send them email notifications and keep them in the loop—no need to share a separate link. If you’d like step-by-step instructions on how to do this, we'd be happy to provide them!

Thank you again for your feedback. If you ever want to explore more features or need help customizing Wrike to better fit your workflow, our support team and community forums are always here to help!

  ### 13. Good experience with Wrike

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Non-Profit Organization Management | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 29, 2025

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

Wrike is an easy to use and well-organized system. Our team can easily and quickly add and access our tasks to keep us organized and on-track with our projects.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

There are many features of the system which can be overwhelming as a new user. The training piece takes some time but once you get familiar with the system, it is easy to use.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping our team organized and keeping our projects on track. Wrike allows our team to centrally track and manage all department tasks and projects to ensure items are not being missed. Wrike allows us to collaborate as a team to brainstorm and work on projects together.

**Official Response from Karilla Dyer:**

> Thank you for sharing your experience with Wrike!

We’re so glad to hear that Wrike is helping your team stay organized and on track with your projects. It’s great to know that adding and accessing tasks is making collaboration smoother and helping ensure nothing falls through the cracks.

Thanks again for your feedback and for being part of the Wrike community!

  ### 14. Wrike is a game-changer

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alison (Ali) M. | Designer/Illustrator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 09, 2024

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

We are constantly finding new ways to use Wrike. Once team members are introduced, they think of new use cases frequently.

The best thing about Wrike for my team is that it is infinitely tinkerable. If one solution doesn't work, we just rethink and reimplement. It's so easy!

The customer support is also fantastic.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

Sometimes the auto-follow feature on tasks can cause inbox spam.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Wrike has streamlines our communications. It has reduced email information silos significantly. Automation, custom workflows, and intake forms combine to form a powerful tool for moving work around in very specific ways. BI features provide management with top-down clarity on workloads and department performance.

  ### 15. Wrike is a great product for anyone working in an agency

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matt H. | Digital Marketing Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 19, 2021

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

Wrike is still very useful but lacks some of the custom features that a tool like JIRA has

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

Allow for more customization of task and project templates

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Managing large customer requests and organizing tons of data

  ### 16. Wrike has been the one stop shop we have needed to manage successful projects!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 21, 2025

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

I like that Wrike has the ability to manage project schedules, sprint plans, resources, and KPI's all within one product and give live reporting visibility into projects as a whole. It is extremely user friendly and easy to integrate other programs into Wrike. Teams are able to make updates in real time and use it more frequent that current tracking systems.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

The mass editing feature has limitations. It is also difficult to connect sub task back to parent task and high-level structures.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Wrike is solving the ability to have one system of truth for real time KPI tracking.

**Official Response from Karilla Dyer:**

> Thank you so much for your fantastic review! We’re thrilled to hear that Wrike has become your one-stop shop for managing project schedules, sprint plans, resources, and KPIs—all while providing real-time visibility and easy integrations. It’s great to know that your teams are finding Wrike user-friendly and are able to collaborate and update projects more frequently than before.

We appreciate your feedback about the limitations with mass editing and the challenges in connecting subtasks to parent tasks and high-level structures. Your insights are valuable, and I’ll be sure to share them with our product team as we continue to improve Wrike’s functionality. If you’d like to discuss any specific use cases or need tips on structuring tasks, our support team is always here to help at https://help.wrike.com/hc/en-us/requests/new.

Thank you again for choosing Wrike and for sharing your experience. If there’s anything else we can do to support you, please let us know!

  ### 17. Wrike is a great place to share work and also a great tool to keep track of progress.

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2025

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

I like Wrike because it brings structure and visibility to our workflow. It’s great for keeping track of tasks, timelines, and responsibilities across different teams. The customisation options, like dashboards and project views, make it easy to manage workload and spot potential roadblocks early. It helps keep everyone accountable and aligned, especially when working across multiple campaigns or stakeholders.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

That said, Wrike can sometimes feel a bit clunky and overly complex, especially for quick or ad-hoc tasks. It takes a bit of time to set things up properly, and if things aren’t input consistently, it can become more confusing than helpful. Some of the automation features could be more intuitive, and it’s easy for updates or comments to get lost if you’re not checking notifications constantly.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Wrike helps me stay on top of task management by keeping everything organised in one place. It solves the problem of juggling multiple projects and priorities by giving me a clear view of what’s due, who’s responsible, and where things stand. It reduces the need for back-and-forth updates and makes collaboration easier, especially when working across different teams. It also helps me prioritise more effectively and ensures nothing slips through the cracks.

**Official Response from Karilla Dyer:**

> Thank you for your thoughtful review! We're glad to hear that Wrike is helping you bring structure and visibility to your workflow, making it easier to track tasks, timelines, and responsibilities across teams. It’s great to know that the customization options, like dashboards and project views, are helping you manage workloads and spot potential roadblocks early, while also keeping everyone accountable and aligned.

We appreciate your honest feedback about Wrike sometimes feeling a bit clunky or overly complex, especially for quick or ad-hoc tasks. Setting things up can take some time, and we understand how inconsistent input or less intuitive automation features can add to the challenge. Your point about updates or comments getting lost without regular notification checks is also important, and we’re always working to make communication and automation more seamless.

Thank you again for sharing how Wrike is helping you stay organized, prioritize effectively, and collaborate more easily across multiple projects and teams. If you ever need tips on streamlining your setup, making automation more intuitive, or managing notifications, our support team is always here to help. We appreciate your feedback and are committed to making Wrike even better for you and your team!

  ### 18. Great tool for project management

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mayank T. | Executive - IT, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 31, 2025

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

The project timeline addition and individual responsibility update with set deadlines and reminders is the best part.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

There are few things related to project addition feature that needs to be improved like project related insight settings.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are managing all our project via this, with all our team collaborating in the applications and relevant responsibilities of our team are being set with deadlines.

  ### 19. User friendly project management tool

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Higher Education | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

Easy to use. Great layout for monitoring projects.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

I would like the filtering tool for team dashboards to be able to be saved as a preferred view. E.g. I filter for my own projects within the team dashboard and have to select my filter every time I load the page. It would be helpful if I could use my filter as a preferred filter.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Wrike helps us navigate larger projects that requires collaboration with different departments. Once we enter a project and its details, we can easily see the stakeholders involved and the timeline for its completion. It allows us to follow-up more easily with all the information readily available on each project card.

**Official Response from Karilla Dyer:**

> It's great to hear that Wrike is helping you navigate larger projects and collaborate with different departments. We're committed to providing a tool that streamlines project management and enhances collaboration.

  ### 20. Wrike lost its user-friendliness and intuitiveness

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Higher Education | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2025

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

The basic features work for us well: Blueprints, custom fields, integration options, and time logging. It was fairly easy to use and we were used to many of the features. I like the functionality of the analytics board and the dashboards.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

The latest update really threw our entire team upside down. We are still getting used to the interface update and where things are located. It used to be easier to find certain features but now I'm struggling to recall where these options are. We always had issues with the core features of Wrike and none of the changes have really been helpful for our team even with consistent meeting updates with the Wrike team members. I also had a small question for the analytics board and the Wrike team couldn't really help me. Instead it was an upcharge for something I thought was a "yes" or "no" question. It was also not clear that it was going to be a sales call. We really get a lot of use out of the analytics boards but there's no information and hardly any help when it comes to this proprietary software which is disappointing.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping track of our projects utilizing blueprints and custom fields.

**Official Response from Karilla Dyer:**

> Thanks for taking the time to share your experience!

It’s great to hear that you and your team have found value in Wrike’s basic features like Blueprints, custom fields, integrations, and time logging. I’m also glad the analytics board and dashboards have been helpful for you.

I totally understand your frustration with the recent interface update. It can be really tough when things you’re used to suddenly move or change, and it sounds like it’s been a challenge for your whole team. I’m sorry to hear that the updates haven’t made things easier, and that getting help with the analytics board wasn’t as straightforward as you expected. That’s definitely not the experience we want you to have, especially when you rely on those features.

Your feedback about support and communication is super important, and I’ll make sure it gets passed along to the right folks. If you ever want some tips for navigating the new interface or have specific questions, feel free to reach out—I’m here to help however I can.

Thanks again for being open about what’s working and what’s not. It really helps us improve!

  ### 21. Meets all organizations where they are from the simple to the complex, customer-service oriented

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Higher Education | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 03, 2025

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

Helps grow work beyond collaboration to co-creation! Simple tools and complex ones too. Grows with your usage over years and years. But the thing I like best is the outstanding customer service. Whether you're planning an implementation, need to meet with your dedicated Customer Service Manager or attend their excellent user conferences, even have a problem with a report you cannot figure out, Wrike staff is there everytime you need them.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

Nothing really! Leadership wants the stars and moon and sun but it takes hours and hours, maybe months and month to gather and input needed data, the tool takes socialization and support from leadership, managers, and staff to push and support the usage of the tool (read: behavior change) over time. Easy to kill adoption will over delivery sometimes.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Not working in email, then spreadsheets, then Teams. The context switching thing is an invisible efficiency killer that Wrike helps to reduce. Visibility of work aids collaboration in a single point of truth expedites everything! Love making timelines visible so as to ward off problems. Duplication of projects is easy. Communications is easy.

  ### 22. Good for Project Management & Collaboration but has some annoying limitations

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

- Using Wrike greatly assists with project-based tasks
- Due to a large number of customizable capabilities, it can be tricky to initially setup but once done it can be optimized & built upon for increased efficiency
- API integration is available
- Customer Success Manager (CSM) & Wrike support are invaluable resources.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

- Minimal abilities to mark fields, items as Mandatory
- Account administrative screens/settings are not always easy to maintain
- Release Notes, Videos, Product documentation are not complete. Often there are changes or new features released however they are not mentioned.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Multiple departments at our company use Wrike:
- Product Management: Now we have almost the entire company's Product Backlog residing in Wrike in an organized and reportable fashion. Before Wrike individual backlogs lived in spreadsheets, MS Planner, Jira, on white boards, sticky notes, etc.
- Product Documentation & Education/Media: Project/task management is organized, tracked and easily reportable. Easily allows for document/video approvals without having to leave Wrike or to obtain via guest reviewing
- Marketing: Project/task management is organized, tracked and easily reportable. Easily allows for document approvals without having to leave Wrike or to obtain via guest reviewing
- Events: Project/task management is organized, tracked and easily reportable.

Overall collaboration within Wrike between the above teams is very helpful. In addition, we have created integrations to pull data from Wrike to display in our internal systems so non-Wrike users within our company have access to certain helpful data elements.

**Official Response from Karilla Dyer:**

> Thanks for laying out such a detailed review!

It’s clear that Wrike has become a central hub for your company’s project management and collaboration, especially with so many departments now able to organize and report on their work in one place. The customizable features, API integration, and support from your Customer Success Manager sound like they’ve made a real difference in streamlining your workflows. It’s also great to hear that you’ve been able to build integrations to share Wrike data with non-users internally—that’s a smart way to keep everyone in the loop.

On the flip side, it sounds like there are some pain points, especially around making fields mandatory, navigating admin settings, and keeping up with product updates or documentation. Those kinds of limitations can definitely be frustrating, especially when you’re trying to maintain consistency or stay informed about new features.

Your feedback about the initial setup being tricky but ultimately worth it is helpful for others considering Wrike, and your notes on documentation and release notes are good reminders of where there’s room for improvement.

Thanks again for sharing such a well-rounded perspective. If you have more ideas for features or improvements, or want to swap tips on optimizing your setup, feel free to reach out!

  ### 23. Can be a bit confusing at first, but works well to track team progress

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

I really like that you can tag whoever needs to be aware of a project and be involved in it. I think it works great for tracking team progress and keeping track of the associated images, files, etc. Also, it works well for proposing a new task that needs to be done and designate the due date. With email, these things can get lost or convoluted, but with Wrike, it's clear and fact-based.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

Sometimes it can be a bit confusing where to put a new request or how to navigate the multiple teams involved in a company or project. Generally, the boards can be a bit confusing. But once you know where you are going and what information to submit, it's a really great way to track things.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tracking team progress and tasks, designating tasks to certain teams and individuals, keeping track of workflows and who is involved in a project and the multiple iterations of a task being completed.

**Official Response from Karilla Dyer:**

> Thank you for sharing your positive experience with Wrike. We're pleased to hear that it's helping you track team progress and manage tasks effectively. We acknowledge the challenges you've mentioned and are committed to enhancing the platform for a more intuitive user experience.

  ### 24. Functional, but not as streamlined

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

Wrike definitely gets the job done when it comes to managing projects and keeping teams organized. I like that you can customize workflows and see projects in different views depending on what makes the most sense for you, so like a list, board, Gantt, etc. It's super helpful for staying on top of deadlines and making sure nothing slips through the cracks. The tagging and notification features are also great for team communication and keeping everyone in the loop.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

The platform can feel clunky at times. Some actions that should be quick end up feeling way more complicated than they need to be. It’s not the most intuitive, especially for new users. There’s definitely a learning curve. Also, the interface feels a little dated compared to other tools I’ve used. It’s functional, but I wish it felt a little smoother and more modern.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I work for on a large account that has multiple lines of business, each running several campaigns every month. Write helps streamline workflow of campaign setup, billing, and keeping track of who's in charge of what so nothing fall through the cracks.

**Official Response from Karilla Dyer:**

> Thanks for sharing your experience!

It sounds like Wrike is doing a solid job helping you and your team stay organized, especially with all those campaigns and different lines of business. Being able to customize workflows and switch between different project views is super handy, and I agree—the tagging and notifications make it a lot easier to keep everyone in the loop.

I get what you’re saying about the platform feeling a bit clunky at times. Some things just take more clicks than you’d expect, and it’s not always the easiest for new folks to pick up. The interface could definitely use a bit of a refresh to feel more modern, too.

If you ever want to chat about ways to make Wrike work better for your team or have suggestions for improvements, just let me know. Thanks again for your honest feedback!

  ### 25. Highly Customizable, Great Product Support, Steep Learning Curve

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Higher Education | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

I love having the ability to build my spaces from the ground up. The ability to create custom items, fields, views, and workflows allows you to customize spaces for your needs. There are also a lot of templates to suit a broad range of uses and needs.

The standout for me is the product support. Our customer success contacts are incredibly responsive, helpful, and just a pleasure to work with. I can't emphasize this enough.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

It takes a long time to really learn Wrike so a lot of our users stick with the core out of the box functionality. It feels clunky at first and I've heard it referred to as the Crayola of project management software. It also gets cluttered easily and I've struggled to get users engaged with the tool at times. The reporting can be finicky and difficult to set up when you've heavily customized your spaces. The new feature Datahub has been difficult to figure out and get value from. Most of these challenges can be overcome with patience and by working with Wrike's customer support.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have a lot of teams using Wrike for different purposes. For my team, Wrike allows us to manage backlogs for software implementation projects.

**Official Response from Karilla Dyer:**

> Thank you for such a thoughtful and detailed review! It’s fantastic to hear how much you value Wrike’s flexibility and customization options—being able to build your spaces, workflows, and views from the ground up really does make it possible to tailor the platform to your team’s unique needs. And I’m especially glad to hear that our product support team has made a positive impression; we take a lot of pride in being responsive and helpful, so your shoutout means a lot.

You bring up some very real challenges, too. The learning curve with Wrike can be steep, especially when you want to move beyond the basics and really unlock all the customization options. It’s not uncommon for teams to stick with the core features at first. Reporting and new features like Datahub can definitely take some time to master, especially in a heavily customized environment.

It’s great to know that, despite these hurdles, Wrike is helping your team manage software implementation backlogs and that you’re finding ways to overcome challenges—especially with the help of our support team. If you ever want tips on decluttering your workspace, getting more engagement from your users, or making the most of reporting and Datahub, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We’re always here to help you get the most value from Wrike!

Thanks again for your honest feedback and for being part of the Wrike community.

  ### 26. Great software tool

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Biotechnology | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

The software is very easy to use and update. Progress of your project is tracked, and reminder emails can be sent to the user that is defined for that task. I like the permissions function as it keeps the program simple for research staff to add their updates while only allowing other features to be utilized by management. The notifications regarding task completion are nice for record keeping purposes.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

I am not sure if this function is available, but it would be nice to be able to take dashboards, calendars, etc. that are already in use and upload into Wrike to generate a template and start the process for you. If you do not start the project from the beginning in Wrike, it can be time consuming. I do love that you can combine different apps so that way you can customize you rnotifications.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Wrike is able to keep track of many tasks within a project. Wrike sends notifications when tasks have been completed and helps create timelines.

**Official Response from Karilla Dyer:**

> Thank you for your detailed review! We're delighted to hear that you find Wrike easy to use and update, and that features like progress tracking, permissions, and notifications are supporting your team’s workflow and record keeping. It’s great to know that Wrike helps you manage tasks efficiently and keeps everyone informed throughout your projects.

We appreciate your suggestion about uploading existing dashboards, calendars, or project data into Wrike to generate templates. This is a valuable idea, especially for teams transitioning from other tools or starting mid-project. While Wrike does offer some import options (such as Excel and CSV imports for tasks and projects), we understand the need for even more flexibility and automation in this area. Your feedback will be shared with our product team as we continue to enhance the platform.

Thank you again for choosing Wrike and for sharing your experience. If you’d like guidance on importing data or setting up templates, or if you have more suggestions, please let us know—we’re here to help!

  ### 27. Wrike Review

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Higher Education | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

It's great for keeping tasks organized and getting notified when I have a task to do. I like how I can get mentioned in tasks and can have references with descriptions as compared to other products or having a massive Google Sheet to track things. I can also see progress on other projects that I may not be as involved with as well. It's easy to use and was quick to pick up. I use it pretty much every day to help run virtual events for my institution. I've been using it for almost two years and I was pretty easily introduced to the program.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

Not much to be honest. I do wish that there was a space for recently accessed projects and tasks since sometimes I'll leave and lose where I am. Also, it is a bit hard to go back to overarching tasks from dependent ones. That's all I can think of for now.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Wrike is helping us organize the many moving projects across our office. I work with high school counselors and virtual events for our institution and these projects tend to overlap heavily. This way I'm able to know which project I'm working on easily and see what I've also done in the past rather than being lost in the numerous assignments.

**Official Response from Karilla Dyer:**

> Thank you for your thoughtful review! We're delighted to hear that Wrike has made it easy for you to stay organized, track progress, and collaborate on projects—especially when managing overlapping tasks and virtual events. It’s great to know that features like task mentions, notifications, and project visibility have helped you move away from cumbersome spreadsheets and streamline your workflow.

We appreciate your suggestions about having a space for recently accessed projects and tasks, as well as making it easier to navigate back to overarching tasks from dependent ones. These are valuable ideas, and we’ll share them with our product team as we continue to enhance the user experience.

Thank you again for choosing Wrike and for being a dedicated user for almost two years! If you have any other suggestions or need tips to make navigation even easier, please let us know—we’re here to help!

  ### 28. A great collaborative experience!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Adam F. | Business Systems Analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 24, 2025

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

What I like most is that is allows our teams to collaborate efficiently on shared tasks and projects

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

I can't say that I dislike anything about Wrike at this time

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With so many projects and tasks that require multiple sets of hands, it is extremely helpful to have a system that allows us to delegate specific tasks to each team, as well as communicate effectively with one another, all in one system.

**Official Response from Karilla Dyer:**

> Thank you for your wonderful feedback! We're thrilled to hear that Wrike is helping your teams collaborate efficiently and manage shared tasks and projects with ease. It’s great to know that having everything in one system makes it easier to delegate responsibilities and communicate effectively, especially when working on projects that require input from multiple teams.

  ### 29. Saving time and documenting approvals

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ryan M. | Sr. Director of Marketing, Financial Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

Wrike gives us project management at-a-glance, with the ability to prioritize and manage complex projects with as much or little detail as possible.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

Wrike is powerful with a bit of a learning curve. Extensive features can take some time to learn, but they are powerful once users are up-to-speed.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Stakeholder communication and visibility into projects and individual tasks was a painpoint in the past. After transitioning to Wrike, automated project updates keep stakeholders informed, and key decisions are date and time stamped, acting to curate decisions in a way that is easy to see. Gone are the days of digging through emails or Teams chats to see when a decision was made.

**Official Response from Karilla Dyer:**

> Thank you for sharing your experience with Wrike! We're thrilled to hear that our project management features have been helpful in prioritizing and managing your projects. We understand that mastering all of Wrike's features can take some time, but we're here to support you every step of the way.

It's great to hear that Wrike has improved stakeholder communication and project visibility for you. ### 30. Helpful and organized method of assigning and measuring completion of tasks.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kelsie S. | Content Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2025

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

It is an easy way to organize and assign work across the world. Organized by status of assignment, take each task through three stages, but organized by month. Like the dark mode, too.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

There really are not downsides. They let you know when they are doing maintenance. Overall, really goos.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Organizes clients and stages of an assignment. From Topic to Assigned to Needs Editing to Ready for Client. Time management tracking as well.

**Official Response from Karilla Dyer:**

> Thank you for sharing your thoughts on the Blueprints feature in Wrike. We understand your frustration with having to purchase seats in packages of 5, and we will take this into account for future improvements. It's great to hear that Wrike is assisting you in managing tasks, tracking time, and keeping track of project progress.

  ### 31. Very Efficient Professional Services Software

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Arun P. | Associate Director of Professional Service, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

Easy to use. Reports and Dashboards are user friendly
I use it for day to day project tracking for my department. Additionally, it can integration with other tools, which gives extra advantage over other softwares

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

User Interface is old. Therefore, the look and feel does not give the vibe needed

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It gives me broad view for all the projects running for my department. I have the visibility of Timesheets, Project Status, revenue tracking etc

**Official Response from Karilla Dyer:**

> Thanks for sharing your experience!

It’s great to hear that Wrike’s ease of use, reporting, and dashboard features are making your day-to-day project tracking more efficient. The ability to integrate with other tools is definitely a bonus and can really help streamline your workflow.

Thanks for sharing your thoughts on the user interface. We’ve recently introduced the Lightspeed update in the last year, which brings a refreshed look and improved performance to Wrike. If you haven’t explored it yet, you might notice a more modern design and smoother navigation. We’re always working to enhance the user experience, so if you have any specific suggestions or feedback on the new interface, I’d love to hear them!

It sounds like Wrike is giving you the visibility you need across projects, timesheets, and revenue tracking, which is so important for managing a department. If you ever want tips for customizing your dashboards or making the most of integrations, just let me know!

  ### 32. Useful tool for optimizing workflow

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

The most helpful features in Wrike are time tracking per project/deliverable, being able to provide feedback to creative/production teams directly on documents submitted and being able to configure workflows and views.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

There are very few features I don't like, but it would be useful if it had more automations built in or integrations beyond just if someone is tagged on a document then you get an email. We also are not 100% satisfied with ease of use or ease of implementation across our entire marketing agency.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having a tool for project management, workflow management, time management and collaboration in one place is very useful as it helps the agency run smoother.

**Official Response from Karilla Dyer:**

> Thank you for sharing your detailed feedback on Wrike! We love to hear that the time tracking, feedback provision, and workflow configuration features helpful. We appreciate your suggestions for more automations and integrations, as well as improvements in ease of use and implementation. Your insights are valuable to us as we strive to enhance our platform. We're glad to hear that Wrike is benefiting your agency by optimizing workflow and enhancing collaboration. If you have any further suggestions or encounter any issues, please feel free to reach out to us. We're here to assist you and ensure you have a positive experience with Wrike.

  ### 33. Powerful, but a little bulky and unwieldy

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dawn S. | COO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2025

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

I like that you can create Blueprints (templates), and use a Blueprint within a Blueprint. So, for us, we have a New Engagement Process Blueprint that we can then add to other project-specific Blueprints.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

You have to buy seats in packages of 5 .

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps us assign tasks to users, track time, and see progress for client projects. It helps us not drop balls or not know where a project is.

  ### 34. Good but could be better

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aleah S. | Post Coordinator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

I like that I can have everything related to a project in one place. This includes files, notes, and comments. I also like the way it updates you when something is happening on an individual project's board.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

I dislike how the file system works due to the lack of organization by file type and the lack of features to comment directly on a video/image.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves the ease of collaborating between two companies.

**Official Response from Karilla Dyer:**

> Thank you for your feedback! We're glad to hear that Wrike helps you keep all project-related files, notes, and comments in one place, and that real-time updates make it easier to stay informed about project activity. ### 35. User Friendly and a great tool for the organization

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** abijit P. | Marketing Specialist-Graphic Designer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 05, 2025

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

The best feature for me is the customisation of the Wrike dashboard and the number of tabs we can create according to our preferences which makes my work very organized

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

When we add a calender to the dashboard and we open it the next time even though the calender is at the bottom, Dashboard shows it first.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Wrike is solving my Project management issue

**Official Response from Karilla Dyer:**

> Thank you for sharing this feedback! It’s great to hear that the ability to customize dashboards and create multiple tabs is helping keep your work organized and user-friendly. Customization is a key part of making Wrike fit the unique needs of each team and individual.

The point about the calendar always appearing first on the dashboard, even when it’s positioned at the bottom, is helpful to know. This kind of detail can impact workflow, and it’s something that can be shared with the product team for future improvements. In the meantime, if there are any workarounds or settings that could help with dashboard arrangement, we’re happy to look into them.

It’s also wonderful to know that Wrike is helping solve project management challenges for your organization. If there’s interest in exploring more ways to optimize your dashboard or streamline project management processes, just let us know. We’re here to help make Wrike work even better for you!

  ### 36. Love to use the Gant plans

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vitor R. | Media Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

The gant plans are the best feature for me.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

I would like to set up more thinks easier (google docs are not easy to find, add docs by link should be better), also set up gantt and lines, sub itms easier.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

helps me to see my projects holistically, macro views and also detailed if I need. Like a Hub for my projects. Would be great a better version of Wrike on mobile.

**Official Response from Karilla Dyer:**

> We're glad to hear that you love using the Gantt plans in Wrike! We appreciate your feedback about setting up things more easily and improving the mobile version. We're constantly working on enhancing the user experience, and your input is valuable in this process.

  ### 37. Streamlining communication across trafficking

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2025

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

My team uses Wrike to implement direction with our ad operations team when it comes to trafficking ad placements and creatives assigned to it. The use of Wrike has been used daily by my team when we are in the activation phase and the streamlining of projects and the ability to provide updates and comments has helped with the workflow.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

Ideally would be great if there were more ways to comment across projects when they have been implemented, or even a feature that would help provide an overview or quick chat option to make it clearly distinct in what edit or shift has been made.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

There was one reporting tool that I liked that has since been removed.

  ### 40. Awesome Program, Regardless of Project Size

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Education Management | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 21, 2025

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

User friendly, and easy to learn "as you go". I use it for personal and professional projects, and switching between the categories is easy. It is easy to adjust due dates and other criteria if they change, and the email reminders are great.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

It would be great to have a simplified free version for thsoe of us that want to use it for individual use only.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am a project oriented person. I have numerous professional and personal projects going at any given time, often with overlapping due dates and frequent changes. The program allows me to map out these elements easily and quickly. As projects change, it is easy to adjust due dates and other criteria quickly without a big learning curve.

**Official Response from Karilla Dyer:**

> Thanks for sharing your experience!

It’s great to hear that Wrike’s user-friendly design makes it easy for you to manage both personal and professional projects, especially when things are changing and you need to adjust due dates or details on the fly. The ability to switch between categories and get email reminders really helps keep everything organized.

You mentioned wanting a simplified free version for individual use—Wrike actually does offer a free plan! It’s designed for individuals and small teams who need the basics, like task and project management, board and table views, file sharing, and basic integrations. While some advanced features are reserved for paid plans, the free version is a great way to stay organized without extra cost or complexity.

If you’d like tips for making the most of Wrike’s free plan or want to explore its features further, just let me know. Glad it’s helping you stay on top of all your projects!

  ### 41. Keep everyone on the same page

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Renee G. | Digital Ad Ops/Account Management, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

Organizing and tracking projects is made easy, especially with the automations you can set to any project. This insures that everyone is up to date and on track with the progress of a project.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

Not much to dislike. The only drawbacks are when users arent familiarizing themselves with the work flow, then they have a hard time finding tasks. Not a wrike problem, a user problem.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Wrike is making it easy for everyone on the team to follow steps of fulfillment for each of our clients. It is informing everyone on the team of what steps are next in the process and what the current status of fulfillment is.

**Official Response from Karilla Dyer:**

> We're thrilled to hear that Wrike is making it easy for your team to follow the steps of fulfillment for your clients. Keeping everyone informed about the next steps and current status is a key benefit of using Wrike.

  ### 42. Good experience with Wrike

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Paul W. | Senior Account Executive, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

I like how easy it is to track tickets and requests. Once the tickets are in, it's nice getting the email updates.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

I do feel like the UI is kinda bland. Sometimes I've found it isn't the easiest to move around. However, that might be due to the way we set Wrike up... Just having different legal, securit, IT, sections... It's not always easy knowing how to submit it to the right group.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm on the sales team at my company. I use it to track bugs (salesforce, salesloft). I also use it when we have security or IT questions like an RFP that needs to be filled out.

**Official Response from Karilla Dyer:**

> Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with Wrike! We're glad to hear that tracking tickets and receiving updates has made your workflow smoother—especially when it comes to coordinating across different departments like IT, Security, and Legal.

We also appreciate your honest feedback about the UI and navigation challenges. You’re absolutely right that setup and structure can really impact the experience, and we know that when teams have multiple intake paths, it can sometimes get a little confusing. We’re continuously working to improve both the visual experience and ease of navigation, and your insight helps guide those efforts.

Thanks again for your review—and for the work you do on the sales team. We're grateful to be part of your process and are here if you ever need support tailoring Wrike to better suit your needs.

  ### 43. Slow and clunky vs Asana but decent for submitting tickets.

**Rating:** 1.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2025

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

Dashboarding - attempting to make visuals to help organize and prioritize and even visualize against a calendar.
Customization (but wish my organization allowed for more team specific customization but thats an internal issue).

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

It is super slow. As compared to others like Monday and Asana, the UI freezes, is slow to open and close requests. Freezes browser when trying to use input fields.

Wish better integration with uploading CSVs for templated projections etc. Would love to be able to upload tasks as excel/sheets is easier to outline details.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Organizing a lot of tasks with multiple stakeholders and teams, and mixing categorical workstreams that historically live separately.

**Official Response from Karilla Dyer:**

> Thank you for your honest and detailed feedback.

We’re glad to hear that Wrike’s dashboarding and customization features are helping you organize and prioritize tasks, especially when working with multiple stakeholders and teams. It’s great to know that the platform is supporting your efforts to bring together different workstreams.

We’re sorry to hear about your experience with slow performance and UI issues, especially compared to other platforms. Your feedback about CSV uploads and the need for easier task imports is also very helpful. We’ll share your comments with our product team as we continue to work on improving speed, usability, and integration options.

If you have any specific examples or additional suggestions, or if you’d like tips for optimizing performance, please let us know. Thank you again for sharing your experience!

  ### 44. Love Wrike, nearly perfect!

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Education Management | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

Wrike is so user friendly, I love the dashboard capabilities, the custom fields, browser, desktop app, or mobile app are all great.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

need a way to lock an order of tasks, sometimes I want to build a timeline and i want the tasks to stay in the exact order I am entering them in, but if you use one of the columns to sort, it changes the order - also no baseline tool, VERY inconvenient - would love a checklist feature, similar to the request forms but serves and a project checklist

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Setting deadlines in an easy format for all to see, and providing a read only screen

**Official Response from Karilla Dyer:**

> Thank you for your enthusiastic review! We're thrilled to hear that you find Wrike user-friendly and that you enjoy the dashboard capabilities, custom fields, and flexibility across browser, desktop, and mobile apps. It’s great to know that Wrike is helping you set deadlines and provide clear visibility for your team.

We appreciate your thoughtful feedback about task order, the need for a baseline tool, and your interest in a checklist feature. Your suggestions are very valuable.

  ### 45. WLC (Work Life Changer!)

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consumer Electronics | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 17, 2025

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

Wrike is soooo dynamic! I've only been using it for about six months and it meets all of my project and day-day works needs for what I've learned so far. I have Wrike open all day and it is my work center into everything else. Their support and community are awesome!

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

It can seem a bit overwhelming at first but walking through discovery trainings and using the templates were a great help in getting over that initial apprehension. The documentation is a fantastic when I need to look up a quick How-to for a feature.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We've been able to improve operational efficiency with our internal services and initiatives.

**Official Response from Karilla Dyer:**

> Love your enthusiasm—“Work Life Changer” is quite the endorsement!

It’s fantastic to hear how Wrike has become your go-to hub for managing projects and daily work. Having everything in one place really does make a difference, and it’s great that you’ve found the support and community helpful along the way.

That initial overwhelm is totally understandable, but it sounds like the discovery trainings and templates made onboarding much smoother for you. The documentation is definitely handy for those quick “how do I do this?” moments.

It’s awesome that Wrike has helped boost your team’s operational efficiency. If you ever want to explore more advanced features or need tips for customizing your workspace even further, just let me know. Thanks for sharing your experience!

  ### 46. Flexibility and Visibility across Projects

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Accounting | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 24, 2025

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

Collaboration in real time
Project visibility

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

Wrike can be overwhelming for first time users.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lack of visibility - hard to know projects status, deadlines, or who's responsible for what

**Official Response from Karilla Dyer:**

> Thank you for sharing your feedback about Wrike. We’re delighted to hear that real-time collaboration and improved project visibility have made a positive impact on your team. Making it easier to track project status, deadlines, and responsibilities is exactly what we aim for.

We understand that Wrike can feel overwhelming for new users. Your feedback is important, and we’re continually working to make our platform more intuitive. If you ever need guidance or resources to help with onboarding, please let us know—we’re always here to help.

  ### 47. Really useful

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ellen S. | Marketing Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

Wrike is a really useful tool to be organised and stay on track. It also makes collaborating with colleagues much easier.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

The tool could have a nicer looking interface which would probably make it more userfriendly. To search bar doesn't work that well as when you type several words, it also gives you results that contain only one of these words

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's easier than having an individual task list.

**Official Response from Karilla Dyer:**

> Thanks for your feedback!

Glad to hear Wrike is helping you stay organized and making teamwork smoother. Having everything in one place really does make a difference compared to juggling individual task lists.

I hear you on the interface—it’s always nicer to work in a tool that looks good and feels intuitive. And the search bar can definitely be improved; getting more accurate results when searching for multiple keywords would save a lot of time. One tip: try using quotation marks around your search terms or filtering by project or folder to narrow things down, though I know it’s not a perfect fix.

If you have more suggestions for making Wrike even more user-friendly, don’t hesitate to share them. Thanks again for your honest review!

  ### 48. Great way to organize complex projects

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2025

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

Once you learn how the platform works, it's really a breeze to use. We use Wrike all the time for project communications and task-tracking and it's really improved project efficiencies. Plus once the automations and APIs are set-up, it really speeds things up.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

It can be tricky to get it set up, especially for complex, cross-functional projects. Additionally, once it's set up, it's not the most dynamic to change how it's set up for a project. As long as you take the time to get the foundation solid, though, it's fine!

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Wrike helps with keeping everything organized and transparent across a lot of teams.

**Official Response from Karilla Dyer:**

> Thanks for sharing your experience! We’re glad to hear Wrike is helping improve your project communications and task tracking, and that automations and APIs are speeding up your workflows.

We appreciate your feedback on the initial setup, especially for complex, cross-functional projects. Taking the time to build a solid foundation can definitely make a big difference, and we’re always looking for ways to make the platform more flexible as projects evolve.

Thanks again for being part of the Wrike community and for your valuable insights!

  ### 49. Best for creating projects

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Wholesale | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 25, 2025

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

Creating the projects has been easy, Setting up each steps and phases is segregated in tasks.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

Easy database and productivity dashboard hence no issues

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Productivity dashboard

**Official Response from Karilla Dyer:**

> Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with Wrike. We’re glad to hear that you find it easy to create projects and set up each step and phase as tasks. It’s great to know that our productivity dashboard has been helpful for your workflow and that you haven’t encountered any issues.

  ### 50. Good for project management with colleagues, not very useful as a personal to-do list

**Rating:** 2.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Higher Education | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 02, 2025

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

I like that you can collaborate with colleagues from several areas on Wrike. The interface has a plethora of options related to the way you can view projects and their timelines.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

I would not think of Wrike as a to-do list. In fact, I have found it very confusing when used as so, especially because tasks do not always have "start" and "end" dates, but typically just have due dates. In all honesty, a simple Google Sheet has been more useful as a to-do list than Wrike was.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It makes tracking projects across offices and colleagues more streamlined.

**Official Response from Karilla Dyer:**

> Thank you for sharing this honest feedback! It’s great to hear that Wrike is helping streamline project tracking and collaboration across different teams and offices. The variety of project views and timeline options are designed to support complex teamwork and make it easier to stay aligned with colleagues.

The point about Wrike not being ideal as a personal to-do list is understandable. Wrike is built primarily for project and team management, so it can feel a bit heavy for simple, individual task tracking—especially if tasks don’t always have clear start and end dates. For personal to-dos, sometimes a simpler tool like a Google Sheet or a dedicated to-do list app can be more straightforward.

If there’s ever interest in making Wrike work better for personal task management, there are ways to customize dashboards or use My To-Do and custom widgets to create a more focused, personal view. Otherwise, it’s perfectly reasonable to use Wrike for team projects and another tool for individual lists. If you’d like tips on either approach, just let us know—we’re here to help!
