as mentioned in title, this platform is very slow, lethargic, Only one page can be loaded at a time (even in desktop). You cannot right click and open in new tab. For commenting WRENCH makes several different PDFs that can be improved. Like BLUEBEAM*, all the reviewers should be able to mark comments on the same pdf. This will improve transparency and productivity.
