The Ad which comes when ever you edit a document is very annoying and some times you see Ad which is inappropriate to you. Which will distract your concentartion on the document which you are going to edit. Also the document which has been edited by this tool in an smartphone is having slight format change issues when you open the same edited document in original Microsoft word editor which is not a desiried one. Because at time if you want to edit some confidential document in your smartphone using this software then it might lead to some formating issues which will create a bad impression if we submit the same document without reviewing the document in Microsoft Word software. While WPS writer has many strengths some users have reported occasional compatibility issues with more complex Microsoft word document and there have been concern about the security and privacy of users data when using it's cloud features additionally the free version of WPS writer including ads which cand be a bit distracting for some users

I am more into the use of advanced features and since the best comparison would be against the MS Office suit, I wiuld say there are a lot things that need to improved even in the premium version.
