Their products have really helped me to speed up my website and manage the assets (Smush Pro and Hummingbird Pro). I even moved my hosting to them as I have found them to have helped my site so much and the support team goes above and beyond expectations. Recently I had an issue that they looked into and fixed (I'm not very technical) but then on top of this they also reviewed some other settings and made my site faster for mobile page speed. I dislike like that the web hosting droplets aren't automatically restarted more quickly. When traffic spikes, and the droplet reaches 100% resource usage, it becomes unresponsive. In these scenarios, I wish that the monitoring team would have an automated rule to restart the droplet so it's not seen as offline. Very intuitive. I am a business owner, not a web developer. This program allows me to easily do what I need done. When I can't, they provide knowledgeable, capable pros to fix it for me!
