THe hosting is rock solid with great plugins but what sets them apart is the amazing support. Every time I use the chat support they solve the issue or die trying Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
there are a couple of little minor annoyances in the the navigation and not having access to a cron is also something I dislike Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Their support is phenomenal! They offer a lot of WordPress solutions that you don't always necessarily or have to use but you realize that different projects WILL in fact need multiple solutions that they offer at some point. Aside from the incredible ease of use and convenience of the suite of plugins, it's really the support that shines for me! They're always so friendly, willing to help no matter the issue and always fix it while helping explain what happened, why and even how to prevent it in the future. Really top-notch! The best part of WPMUDEV is their suite of plugins that cover all of the essentials of a successful WordPress install. They have additional benefits, but their plugins are top-tier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only things that I dislike about the WPMUDEV suite or plugins are just that some of their plugins aren't as popular as lets say gravity forms there are just less direct integrations. They make up for this with great support and zapier integrations but ideally the more support they get the additional third parties will design plugins to work in conjunction. As a long-time user of their plugins, I have always loved how easy they are to use. Their products do exactly as described and are simple enough to navigate the settings. I tested their hosting as I was having issues with my host provider then, and I quickly decided to move all my sites over to WPMU Dev because it far surpasses all expectations. Their service is outstanding, and their support team is fantastic.
