In all my years of being a client of WPMU DEV I've tried almost all of their plugins throughout the years, eventually having even hosted personal and professional websites with them and I have never been disappointed. Their support is prompt and constantly available, their plugins are always evolving with the times and needs of users (and the overall online world). I've been a client since 2016 and have recommended their services to many friends, colleagues and even family members, be that for personal or professional uses. I have absolutely nothing to complain about for the simple reason that, when any kind of issue, glitch or bug happens, customer support is very fast in resolving it and even talking us through solutions, possible improvements, etc. I sincerely hope it continues to go in that direction and continues to be a reliable and helpful company and service. We own an agency with several hundred webpages that we manage. I worked with another agency years ago who installed WPMU plugins on all their webpages - I was hesitant to purchase the agency-level service at first due to the cost, but once I had my own Hub to manage, I immediately could see the value of this membership. The plug-ins are excellent and are a great collection of functionality that can be added to almost any webpage. I like having all of my pages managed from the same location (The Hub) and the support...is absolutely incredible. There are so many situations that support has helped me and my clients over and over again, they go above and beyond to make sure that we are all taken care of. The membership includes a migration tool that hasn't been very successful for us, although because this is generally only once per site, it doesn't cause any sort of long-term issues. WPMU-Dev builds some of the most helpful WordPress Plugins on the market, like Smush, Smartcrawl, Devender, and Forminator. And those plugins are not only great, but they also improve constantly. Many products about WordPress seem to be updated only to pretend to have something new. WPMU-Dev plugins are getting better with every update, and when you request a feature not provided by the Plugin until now, there is a big chance that they will include it with one of the following updates.

But the best thing about them is the 24/7 support by live chat. You can ask any question about WordPress Websites here, whether it is connected to the WPMU-Dev-Plugins or not. Those guys will help you out when you have a problem! And when they can´t solve it, they at least give you the ideas and inspiration to find your own solution.

I experienced that the "Hero-Support" of WPMU-Dev about other Plugins or WP products is often even better than the support the creator of those products would give you!

And all on top, they have great humor and design all their products in a sympathetic Hero-Style that makes working with WordPress even more fun.

There are only a few features of the plugins that I am still missing.

The chat wait times, if any, are incredibly minimal. Every support person I have ever spoken with from WPMU Dev has always gone above and beyond to help me solve whatever complicated issues I've faced. And, on top of all of that, they are also always incredibly personal and kind! You never feel like you're chatting with a robot -- you know it's a real person who genuinely wants to help and loves what they do. I've never left a chat unhappy! I wish WPMU Dev offered services to go into your website and set up and optimize your various applications (i.e., Hummingbird Pro) for you. WMPU superbly professional and offer 24/7/365 support that is, in my experince of 20+ years of providing IT services... SECOND TO NONE!

Absolutely nothing to dislke really as there has only been one occasion in many years where I could not get a resolution. The only thing I could suggest wopuld be a call centre solution for support, but it is by no means something that is needed Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What keeps me with WPMU DEV is the support. While I know my way around websites, I occasionally have a problem I have no clue how to solve. I can instantly jump on a live chat with the support team and resolve the problem within that chat. The team is super helpful! We are very satisfied with WPMU hosting our wordpress ecommerce site. What really sets WPMUdev apart is the fantastic customer service. Issues with hosting or even with elementor issues (I am new to elementor, so have some very basic questions) are answered efficiently, promptly and professionally. On our initial sales consultation, we were told that bronze would be more than adequate for our ecommerce site with a couple thousand monthly visitors. I chose to use WPMU DEV because it was supposed to be fast, it is fast, but what I didn't expect was how capable and supportive their team would be. I don't know what I would write here. I am very happy with the service in all ways. I do have a complaint. I remember in the beginning that the plugin wouldn't update easily inside wordpress. I think this has been updated and no longer a problem. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
