When I started using WPMU plugins and services years ago they filled a lot of essential elements for us and I always know I can depend on them to be up-to-date and do what they say they do.

Now that I've been hosting here for a while I've started moving sites over and ditching the other hosting services that were no longer adequately supporting their users and often down because of poor quality security and slow servers. And the tech support? Oh the support is excellent and there is a ton of quality documentation for those of us who like to figure stuff out. Grateful to be here. The hidden charge

I started out thinking the cheapest plan was for $3 monthly but then I had to then pay $8. Feels like the $3 was just to lure me in. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

WPMU plugins are a great suite of helpful and user friendly tools - always kept up to date and great value-add for my hosting offering to clients. However, the support team is what really blows me away. Every single time I have needed to contact support for any issue (WPMU related or not) the team have gone out of their way to provide a 10/10 service. Literally EVERY SINGLE TIME. WPMU hosting offerings are not as fully featured/customisable as I would like. However, it is a new offering and in the last few years they have added things like Australian servers, a file manager you can access from the web console, and easy access to all error logs. Am currently still in the process of trialling WPMU hosting and have had a great experience so far. Had a speed issue that was very quickly and effectively resolved through Live Chat. Have also used their plugins for years with great results. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

So far I have not found and significant issues with WPMU. Sometimes the plugin / dashboard system can feel a little heavy and taxing on website resources, but this seems like a worthwhile trade-off for the user-friendliness of the system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
