I can't believe I was able to migrate my site to such an elegant interface with such AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I founded my website back in 2013 with no knowledge- and migrating over to WPMU dev was intimidating. I'm so proud of myself that I did it and that whenever I have a doubt I get quick, concise, clear direction and care, every time.

Als0- this all started because I am an artist I have large images and my site was having SEO and speed issues based on those big images- so I got SMUSH. NOw i've moved my hosting to WPMUDEV and got the whole suite of plugins and i'm very happy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I think there was one time they showed me to visit a certain page and I felt like I couldn't find the page that looked like the one they showed me in their screen shot. WPMUDEV, we call it UDEV for short, is a great resource and makes it super easy for us to develop and manage tons of websites with ease. They have an awesome suite of WordPress plugins that allow you to automate every aspect of your site. Their support is hands down the best out there. The hosting is great! It does get a little pricey at times, and the performance could be a little better. We would love to see some other hosting options in the future. We're only talking about a few dollars of savings per site, but UDEV offers a lot of value when hosting through them. I would recommend their hosting anytime. I am no longer suprised when the chat support I receive through WPMU is top knotch. Just contacted about a caching issue Arjay L. was incredibly knowledgable and fixed the issue with just a brief explanation! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I do find the email support takes a bit longer to get an answer, having to go back and forth more times than the support on chat requires to find the issue and resolve. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Support is quick and always goes the extra mile to get everything taken care of. The centralized dashboard is amazing when managing a ton of websites. Allowing quick and easy backups and updates on all sites from one place is a huge time saver. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that they are completely dedicated to Wordpress environment and its efficiency and security, although for me the critical service is that customer service can be reached, and every time they have solved my challenge. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Hands down it has to be your customer service via chat - it is phenomenal and a real timesaver! The staff is really knowledgeable and can diagnose and solve issues very quickly. I think Hummingbird Pro could be tweaked to help the technically challenged to get their sites to run faster. Specifically when it comes to asset optimization, scripts, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There are many upsides to using WPMU DEV web services. They offer a wide range of features and tools that can help you build a successful website. They also have a strong community of users who can offer support and advice. There are a few things that could be better, in my humble opinion:

—More fine-grained pricing for the hosting part.

—Better support for WordPress multisites directly in The Hub.

WPMU Dev is not just plugins, it's a whole team ready to help you for anything. The support access allows me to give the ability for the support team to go deep in the website and investigate a problem.
