WPMUDev are more than just a plugin developer. They know WordPress (WP)! I love their support for all my sites. If there is an issue - created by one of their plugins, or anything else really, then it is not a problem for their team to sort out.

As I host over 20 sites, and use their hosting and plugin suit I get a lot out of my Agency account.

I am just a small business owner, and a bit of a techy with some side projects I love to make sites for - which is why I love WP. Simple, easy and fully custom sites - with or with out some coding on the side. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Not a lot of downsides to them. I did have a recent poor experience where there was an accounting problem, and due to that issue my whole account got deleted. It took a while - BUT their support was super helpful and did most of the work quick as you can ask them to.

It is a very comprehensive and useful set of plugins. Everything works great out of the box and has lots of customization options. Support is great. You can either create tickets which have a very good response time or you can chat directly and the WPMUDev team will help on the spot. They even do little snippets of e.g. CSS to provide customization.

The plugins are nice and the dashboard is very helpful for a quick overview but the main value, to me anyway, is the fantastic support at any time. I've never had an issue that support could not nearly instantly help me resolve. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I would have said that the cost of hosting a "small" site was a bit high. Again, the support makes it worth it but still, it was a tad high for a small site. They fixed that with the newest hosting plan.

They have full suite from caching, backup and security tools which you need for a good website. The plugins and hosting are high quality, but the support is what makes WPMU DEV excel. I've never enountered that level of support anywhere else. For me, the most useful support feature is the live chat which is available 24/7. Other companies could learn a lot from what WPMU DEV does. When you resell the hosting, the price of the hosting packages are quite high. The quality is high as well, but this is something difficult to explain to customers who have no technical background and see low prices elsewhere. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The support from the WPMU Dev Support Team that I received was phenomenal. My webmaster and hosting reseller passed away, and I suddenly had to move my sites. Having previously only done things through cpanel there was quite a learning curve, but the WPMU Dev support team never missed a beat helping me. They not only moved the site, but they have also helped me every step of the way since. I love that I now have a staging area to test things before making them go live, which was not something I had in my former cpanel environment. I have several domains that are simple html landing pages that are not Wordpress sites, so I had to find a different place to host those sites. It would be nice to have the ability to have add-on domains so that I didn't have to have two separate hosting companies and systems to work with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
