What is there to dislike from a team of professionals like Imran that figured out what I was talking about and came up with an excellent solution to my problem. I would dislike it if they weren't available 24/7, I would dislike that for sure! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is WPMU DEV solving and how is that benefiting you?

I was setting up a new hosting site for an existing website that I wanted to update before switching it over and they have a solution that I can use to make this process very simple. Downside? I suppose the fact all this great service isn't available for free could be considered a downside, but not much of one. You get more than you pay for. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Fida was so patient and helpful to troubleshoot the issues I had publishing my most recent post. I thought I'd really messed it up, but he walked me through it and we got everything sorted out and published in a short amount of time.

What do you like best about WPMU DEV?

It was great that they are on call anytime to get any WordPress issues sorted out and even when some are just out of scope ( which is rarely ) they are happy to help where they can. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WPMU DEV?

I can't think of any downside at this stage... On the odd occasion there may be a bit of a wait but I haven't had any significant wait on hold with them for over 6 months I think. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is WPMU DEV solving and how is that benefiting you?

They solve the issues I can't work out. Tonight for example I spent and hour and a half trying to figure out why the site width wouldn't go full screen. Normally this is a really easy fix for me I was using a customer's previous site that I didn't build and it had an older page builder on it but Rakib got it sorted out fast. I was very happy!
