What do you like best about WPMU DEV?

I am a typically over-stretched small business owner with no proper training trying to achieve a professional website without a professional budget, and squeezing website maintenance and development into gaps between other jobs. Wordpress.org makes the website creation process possible without snowballing overheads, and WPMUDev keeps sites running quickly and smoothly with minimal expertise needed. (Which isn't to say that you don't need ANY expertise, but they do a very good job of making it as accessible as possible to people like me.) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WPMU DEV?

I haven't found any so far - except that with an annually paid Agency plan, I wish hosting for perhaps half a dozen small websites was included, rather than having to pay an additional $4/mo for sites that I'm basically just tinkering with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is WPMU DEV solving and how is that benefiting you?

I have an Agency plan and I use both their plugins and their Gold hosting. Since making the switch I have had no problems at all. My Wordpress / WooCommerce site loads quickly and smoothly.

Their support is very good indeed, and rather than giving instructions they often resolve problems themselves while you wait. I was prompted to leave this review because of a problem with my email settings which their support agent Imran understood, identified and resolved in less than five minutes.
