Clean dashboard, backup functionality, easy on-boarding, straight forward pricing that scales as your needs increase or decrease, great support Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Still new, not as much functionality or offerings as more established companies. Payment offers scalability but no option to just pay upfront for months/sites Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It's a modern interface with all the features you need - not more, not less. The support responded within minutes, and we can see that the software is continuously improving and will get even better in the future. We shifted all our websites from ManageWP to WP Umbrella and couldn't be happier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It would be great if I could manage users in one account, so not everybody on the team sees every site that we currently manage. But I'm sure this will change in the future. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have tried several tools to manage all my client's sites, that one is the most UI friendly, the most practical with a lot of functionalities, and easy to set up. The support is super fast, competent and efficient. The Wordpress plugin is also very lightweight with just the API to set up, no extra settings, everything is under the Umbrella Dashboard. And on top of this, the price is affordable, allowing us to use the tool on all my sites. A freelance tool that became essential. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Not much, I guess I would add just one thing: add rules for notifications about specific events on the site. I would also add Cloudways to the list of hosting providers :) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The backup feature is fantastic! It's thé most repliable backup plugin I ever tried for WordPress websites and the 1 click restoration make it vert easy to restore my websites in case of glitches. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The product is great and there is nothing I dislike with WP Umbrella. I'm excited by their public roadmap as well Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As a fresh newcomer to the WordPress management scene, WP Umbrella does not disappoint. Its interface is clean, uncluttered, loads quickly and is easy to navigate. There is a PHP error feature that I haven't seen in competitors which I love. This helps us identify potential issues and fix them proactively before they snowball into larger problems. Their transparent pricing is attractive and makes it much easier to project costs. Hourly backups are necessary for mission-critical like e-commerce stores, and it is included as part of the standard offering, which is impressive. I like the Google PageSpeed and response metrics as it helps us quickly filter slow-loading websites under management and improve their performance as part of our service offering. The white labelling features for the plugin and reports are excellent. WP Umbrella's support team are highly responsive, passionate and cares about its users. They are receptive to their users' input, pushing fixes and introducing new features at a rapid pace. There is a lot to look forward to on their roadmap. I have been a long-term user of ManageWP and thoroughly tested at least 3 other options before settling on WP Umbrella and won't be looking back. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There's not much to dislike, but as with all early generation apps, there are only minor issues. To prevent the illusion of persistent errors, PHP error counters in the interface should be zeroed once they have been marked as fixed. I would like to see the ability to upload custom covers for white labelled reports. If certain plugins and themes are unlicensed, it would be useful to mark them to be ignored for updates. This would allow us to easily identify and inform clients of the need to obtain licenses to ensure optimal maintenance. I already know one-click backup restoration will be released at any time, and they are working on the rest. Considering their rapid pace of development and commitment, all these features would be available within a short timeframe. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As a designer, I like the clean design of the dashboard. One look and I know what the state of all my sites is.
I'm happy WP-Umbrella exists. Now I can see how healthy and up-to-date my sites are. And glad to have an extra backup-system.
I like it when things go smoothly. It's easy to use and less buggy and heavy than for instance MainWP.
I'm a designer in the first place so I don't like it when it gets too techie.
I love the super quick support. I had a backup problem and it was solved with the next update.
And even my small UX adjustment was taken seriously and implemented right away.
It's not just the tool. It's the whole package. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There is nothing I dislike. Oh well, sometimes I get a little lost but that's me I suppose, and not the tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Helps you to get an overview of multiple sites, handle reporting and automate backups. Their support is also super responsive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only downside is that they don't have backups through the API yet. Otherwise, I can't think of anything else. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

WP Umbrella is great. Hands down the best WordPress website management tool you can use today. The white-label features are excellent to brand (or) hide the plugin, the report style is excellent and the user interface has both a nice modern design and more importantly is fast with a visual progress bar for updates. WP Umbrella is relatively new so there's not the entire ManageWP feature set currently but the most important features are prioritised in the roadmap and the support is excellent. They are more than happy to take on your feedback and more importantly quickly implement fixes or additions based on your preferences. That's the kind of support that I never saw from ManageWP. I particularly like the interface which is very clean and makes accessing information very easy.
There are just the right things and not a lot of options in every direction.
With WP Umbrella, we stay efficient!
I also particularly appreciate the fast and efficient support!
Finally, you can send personalized reports to your clients and that's very practical! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Not much...
I'm still waiting for some important features but I know they are programmed and will arrive in a short time.
With the quality of what is done, I prefer to wait! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
